“New Photography” Ten Years Exhibition is the first one at San Ying Tang Photography Center, show all sides of “New Photography” magazine by Liu Zheng and Rong Rong from 1996 to 1998, and includes 16 artist photos by Liu Zheng, Jin Yongquan, Rong Rong, Wang Xu, Liu Anping, Zhuang Hui, Yan Lei ,Qiu Zhijie and so on. Famous professor Wu Hong and contemporary photographer Zhang Li plan the exhibition and try to reappeared the situation of China contemporary photography. Some of photographs was made by 10 years ago, they reflected a memorial exchange in the developing process of China contemporary photography. Through the show and discussion to “New Photography” and art phenomenon, the exhibition will promote the seriously research to China contemporary photography. The purpose are not the reminiscence and communication between colleagues, but try the best to show the photos that can’t be showed at 10years ago, affront directly to the audiences and discuses their position of photo history. The exhibition will open a new chapter of photo history.The founders of San Ying Tang Photography Center are Rong Rong of China contemporary photo and Mrs. Ying Li of Japanese photographer. Famous architecture Ai Weiwei designed the factory yard of 4600 square meters and new building of 2500 square meters. San Ying Tang Photography Center is the first professional contemporary art center of photography and video in China, and devote to become best professional, most completely and the highest level flat of show, promotion and communication.
