"New Fable" is an important experiment in which they study the relation between the young artists and the society. Fable is a brief, succinct story, in prose or verse, that features animals, plants, inanimate or forces of nature which are anthropomorphized, and that illustrates a moral lesson, which may at the end be expressed explicitly in a pithy maxim. When we were small, we were often inspired by those stories of wisdom, humor and philosophical thoughts. But what is displayed here are the new fables which a group of young artists tell us in their own visual languages. The exhibition opens on 2007-09-08~2007-10-14 at Fei Gallery,Guangzhou.
