An acclaimed female painter from west China's Chongqing Municipality, Jiang Bibo, opened a solo exhibition in Moscow, Tuesday. Jiang's exhibition comes as the "Cultural Year between China and Russia" draws to its end. But the exhibition marked a high point for many local artists and art lovers who find themselves taken up by a growing interest in Chinese culture. The versatile Jiang Bibo is adept at sculpture, prints, oil and Chinese painting. Recent years have seen her present solo shows in many countries and regions.
