Photo Display on Racial Harmony in HK

Hong Kong Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau will hold a photo exhibition from November to February to promote racial harmony and showcase Hong Kong's diversity, the Information Services Department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government said on Friday. According to a press release from the department, "A Celebration of Racial Harmony" spotlights places where ethnic minorities congregate, their places of leisure, and their lives inHong Kong. The exhibition, featuring photographs by Corazon Amaya-Canete, will also explore the work of ethnic minorities and how they live in harmony within society. Hong Kong has a population of some 6.98 million at present, with 71,000 people are foreigners including Indian, Pakistani, English and others.
