Van Gogh Works to be Exhibited in S Korea

The Kroller-Muller Museum in the Dutch province of Gelderland and the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam have together loaned out 65 works of Vincent van Gogh to the Seoul Museum of Art in Korea, the Dutch museums said Friday. The works are on display as part of the exhibition "Van Gogh, Voyage into the myth," which starts this weekend and will run until mid-March next year. The Van Gogh Museum, which boasts the biggest collection of the Dutch master's paintings in the world, has sent 23 works to Korea, including Irises. The Kroller-Muller Museum, with the world's second-largest collection of Van Gogh paintings, has lent 20 drawings and 22 paintings from Van Gogh, including The Sower.
