Olympus Exhibition of a Day of Africa from the Lenses of 100 Opens at Beijing

“Day in the Life” is the biggest photograph exhibition, which recorded the customs of all the country on the world in the 20 years. There are more than 200 works displayed to the public in this exhibition. The exhibition let us realize the temperament and the landform of Africa and the rich and exquisite customs. The exhibition not only showed the colored customs of Africa, but also let people pay more attention on the actualities and the problems of AIDS, by taking photographs of 25 million HIV infectors. Olympus is the main organizer of this exhibition. This exhibition planned to open on Dec. 1st the “World AIDS Day”, appealing for the attention of the whole world to AIDS, and promoting the communion and development between China and Japan by transmission of the image culture in the 35th anniversary of establishing the diplomatic relations between China and Japan, as the movement for the celebration of Culture and Sports Communication between China and Japan in 2007.
