A variety of odd and unusual toys are amusing children in the United States this Christmas season. A special toy display is being held by the US franchise museum of "Ripley's Believe It or Not". The company is well known for being home to the odd and the bizarre, such as real shrunken heads and an authentic Iron Maiden torture device. Its museum in New York is one of the venues entertaining children from all over the country. Most children are amazed and have been coming to see the displays for years. Ripley's is also taking in unusual gifts that will be redistributed to needy children this year.
