Despite so many excellent sculptors in Guangdong, there has never been a large-scale exhibition shown in the province, until now.This exhibition themed with "Transformation · Reconstruction" received over 700 works since September, 2007. The committee finally chose 100, and invited famous sculptors from Hong Kong, Macau and other provinces to display 50 works. The interesting aspect of this sculpture is the activated doors in her head, breast, belly and hip. Viewers can open the door on her head and watch a montage film, and read a memo inside her heart. The sculptor explained that females face, and are lured by a society full of desires. Through viewers' participation, the work can be extended to a reflection of some social problems. This work belongs to a graduate of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts from 2004. The body of the bull is made of wood and tree bark. The bones and organs are exposed in the middle. It is intended to arouse the attention of people with connection to environmental destruction. Three girls pose in front of the sculpture. The work shows three adorable kids singing with exaggerated mouths. It emphasizes hopes and dreams.
