Since 2006, the Guangdong Museum of Art has conducted two of the Exhibition Series of 'Phenomena and Estates Since 1985': From 'Polar Region' to 'Tiexi District' - Exhibition of Contemporary Art in Northeast China (1985 -2007) and Starting from the Southwest - Exhibition of Contemporary Art in Southwest China (1985 -2007). This time, the exhibition would focus on contemporary art in Guangdong.Through this exhibition, visitors can gain insight into the development of contemporary art creation during the past 23 years in Guangdong, a region that has played an important part in China's history of contemporary art.The exhibition presents nearly one hundred paintings, sculptures, settings and images that would be shown in four exhibition halls and public spaces on the first floorThe exhibition will hold on Guangdong Museum of Art, Halls 1-4 and the time is 2008-05-01~2008-05-24.
