Cai Guoqiang's Exhibition Becoming the Key Cultural Spots during the Olympic Games

A major exhibition featuring the works of Cai Guoqiang will be held at the National Art Museum in Beijing beginning during the Olympics, on Aug. 19 and running through September 2. The works shown will include some iconic art piece that were shown at the Guggenheim show in New York this year. The show has been designed by the Ministry of Culture as one of the key cultural spots during the Olympic games. The show is co-organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Guggenheim.
2008 is an important year for China. The same is to Cai Guoqiang. He is appointed to the general visual designer for the opening ceremony of Bei Jing 2008 Olympic Game which adds the expectation and attraction to the audience.
The Exhibition "Cai Guoqiang:I Want to Believe" is an retrospect to Cai Guoqiang's 20 years art life which is the largest one of his exhibitions. It is the first time for him to exhibit his artwork systemically. This exhibition trims and enchances Cai Guoqiang's art research.
