Events related to the Games are hitting their stride. Folk artists will be happily engaged in displaying China's splendid cultural heritage at Olympic Park during the Games. The cultural ambassadors gave a warm up show at the Beijing Theater, before heading for the park.

During the Games, folk artists will showcase China's wide range of cultures in over thirty huts scattered around Olympic park. The culture displays are titled "Chinese Story." They will give visitors a panoramic view of Chinese culture. There will be performances of ethnic music, dance, shadow plays, and handicrafts like paper cutting.
