China's southwestern regions are famous for their wax dyeing. A folk artist from Guizhou province has just completed the biggest painting to use the technique in China.

The piece is 5.2 meters tall and four meters wide. It shows the beauty of China's biggest falls, the Huangguoshu Falls in Guizhou province. It's the creation of local folk artist Hong Fu.

He took three years to complete it and plans continue creating more landscape paintings of Guizhou province. Hong Fu is honored as one of China's top ten folk artists.
