Birds on China Tallowtree, Lin Liang

Wang Heng, Huang Gongwang, Dong Qichang, Shen Zhou, Qiu Ying, etc are the masters in Chinese fine-art history. During Sept.30 to Oct.30, an exhibition named ‘Chinese Painting Masterpiece Show’ displays in Guang Zhou Art Museum. Among the art works present, more than 120 painting masterpieces in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties are national second-class collections and 38 first-class. Till now, it is the highest level ancient painting show in Guangzhou.

Chen Wei’an, curator in Guang Zhou Art Museum said, this exhibition aims at leading the visitors to appreciate the development course of Chinese ancient paintings across the board.
