The Ordinary Citizen Could Charter Precious Artworks as Collection

Oct.29,2009. Beijing---Yesterday, nearly one thousand pieces of artworks reserved in Domestic and Overseas Capital Arts and Crafts Museum opened to the public and the citizens could charter the artwork they like as short-term collection from that day on.
The collection exhibited includes the ancient paintings & calligraphy, porcelain, Jade, gold, silver & bronze articles, antiques, etc. Besides the contemporary and modern Chinese traditional paintings, oil paintings, print paintings, calligraphy, sculptures and the other forms of crafts art are involved as well. The citizens can choose whatever they like as the collection by signing a charter agreement.
Zhang Jianxin, vice director of marketing department in Ministry of Culture thought, China encourages the opening of art market and chart, as a new operation mode, has rationality and feasibility. This mode is worthy of further research and perfection.
