Photography exhibition Photo by Photo, A Portrait of Spain, presenting a selection of works by contemporary Spanish photographers, is currently on show at Institute Cervantes in Beijing, offering people in China a chance to enjoy the best in Spanish photography from the 1950s up until present day.

More than 40 photographs are on display with various subject matter, such as Spanish architecture and design and the lives of ordinary people on the streets, visually reflecting the changes that have occurred in the country over the past 50 years.

Organized by the Spanish Pavilion of World Expo in Shanghai, the exhibition is part of the pavilion's Expo art project. Photo by Photo, A Portrait of Spain will run until August 15 in Beijing before heading to Shanghai from September 8 to November 30.
