Jacques Suzor started his photography work only ten years ago. Through a deep analysis and a slow creative process,he producd this series of still-lives, which carry us into a poetic world.
Beforchand Jacques Suzor used poetry and philosophy to express his artistic quest.
Working with salvaged materials and natural elements, Jacques Suzor's works try to redefine in a contemporary way still-lives technically as well as aesthctically. His pictures, between suggested realism almost non figurative sometimes and symbolism, reveal the poetry and the beauty of those trashed elements through daring composition which shake up still-life standards.
At a time when the planet Earth is in danger or at least mismanaged mostly due to the Human activity, Jacques Suzor's photography reminds us that the environmental questions arc essential. Beyond this alarming message, he is providing that one more time, beauty reigns overall and that Man can porduce it by the artistic creation.
This exhibition is the First one of a serics of photography exhibitions regarding Nature and its image.
