夏蕙瑛是近年来活跃于中国画坛声誉日隆的年轻画家。在其从艺25周年之际，携佳作来浙江举办学术交流巡回展。我们对此表示热烈的祝贺!

　　Xia Huiying is a young Chinese painter who is playing an increasingly active role in the Chinese art community over the recent years. We would like to express warm congratulations to the 25th anniversary of Xia’s devotion to the art and the opening of her art tour exhibition in Zhejiang province.

　　Thanks to many great opportunities, Xia Huiying was tutored and instructed by a multitude of renowned artists and painters of the old generations at young age. Endowed with unparalleled talents, hard work spirit and innovative mind, Xia has made tremendous headway in terms of artistic accomplishments. Xia’s success is fundamentally attributable to her passion to the natural world, attention to the society and earnest pursuit of art.

　　Zhejiang province boasts time-honored art history and splendid cultural legacy and thus Xia’s art works have a direct bearing on this beautiful land. She used to travel, paint pictures, write poems and stories and hold art shows on many occasions and the wonderful landscape of Zhejiang province are showcased on many of her masterpieces. I am convinced that this art exhibition is very conductive to enriching people’s cultural lives and enhancing ideological development in the process of building Zhejiang into a culturally-advanced province, which also gives us an access to this young artist’s unique growth and outstanding artistic creations.
