The works of this year’s CAA Design Art College graduates highlight on the three departments compared with the previous: First, focus on the hot spots, design and life unification. They pay close attention the society, show loving care of the society and show solicitude to hot spots and blend them in their design such as the low carbon, environment protection, one of the main trend of nowadays society, became a very high topic of many students’ design choice; Cartoon Museum, a project is initiating, is also gave a high watch eye by the students. Second, concern the self- examination. The graduates of this year are all about the 80s whom have already became the main stream of our society. As the 80s gradually become mature, they start to use their own experience to think life, to doubt design which reflected in their design works. Third, pay attention to the Chinese traditional culture, consider about the use of the native language. You will find a lot of designs in this exhibition that the students use the traditional culture in different ways even from very small details.
