Reunited ancient painting attracts visitors in Taipei

"Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains", a landscape painting by the Yuan Dynasty (1206-1368) painter Huang Gongwang, was torn into two parts in a fire in 1650, which are separately kept in the mainland's Zhejiang Museum and the Taipei Palace Museum. The two parts reunited for the first time in 360 years as they were displayed together at an exhibition in the Taipei Palace Museum. The exhibition opened Thursday to the public and will last till Sept. 25.
