1951年2月出生于北京市东城区，满族，大学学历，馆员职称。是清代雍正帝第五子和硕和亲王弘昼后裔。著名国际书法泰斗启功先生是其伯父，其父启源先生是国内外享有一定盛誉的书法大家。母亲詹庆芝女士是我国著名历史人物詹天佑的孙女。焘健现为世界教科文组织专家成员、中国社会名人工委、中华名人协会会员、中国书画家协会理事、中国“国学家”、中国著名国学学者，中国艺术名家研究院副理事长、中国书法家协会会员，河北省书法家协会会员。曾为河北省政协第八届、第九届委员、廊坊市政协第二届委员、第三届、第四届常委。　　

　　Aixinjueluo Daojian

　　Aixinjueluo Daojian (Manchu), was born in February, 1951 in Beijing’s Dongcheng District. He is the offspring of the fifth son—Heshuo He Prince Aixinjueluo Hongzhou of Emperor Yongzheng from the Qing Dynasty whose uncle is the internationally famous calligraphy master Qigong, whose father is the famous calligrapher Qiyuan and mother is Lady Zhan Qingzhi; granddaughter of the famous historical figure Zhan Tianyou. Taojian is at presently serving as an expert for the United Nation Education Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO), is a member of the China Social Work Committee for Celebrities and the Chinese Association of Celebrities, Director of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association, Sinologist of China, well-known expert of Sinology, Vice Director of the China Art Master Research Institute, member of the China Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Hebei Province Calligrapher’s Association. Taojian was once a member of the 8th and 9th CPPCC of Hebei Province, member of the second CPPCC of Langfang City, and member of the third and fourth standing committee of Langfang CPPCC.
