男，汉族，1956年生于北京，1981年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系。现为人民美术出版社画家、荣宝斋画院教授，中国美术家协会会员，北京文史馆馆员。近几年先后由香港心源出版社、福建美术出版社、大百科全书出版社、河北教育出版社、人民美术出版社出版画集十几种。

　　Born in 1956, Ma Haifang graduated from China Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1981, where he majored in Chinese painting. He is currently an artist of the People’s Fine Arts Publishing House, Professor of the Rong Bao Zhai Painting Academy, member of the China Artists Association, and librarian for the Beijing Art and History Institute. Mr. Ma has published over ten portfolios over the past few years with the assistance of a variety of notable publishing houses including the Hong Kong Xin Yuan Publishing House, Fujian Fine Arts Publishing House, Encyclopedia of China Publishing House, Hebei Education Press and the People’s Fine Arts Publishing House.
