原名肖立春，生于北京，现为中国美术家协会会员，现为中国民主建国会会员，中国绘画艺术研究院研究员，文化部中国画创作中心研究员,中国画家在线艺术主持，中国文脉书画院副院长。

　　2005年作品<<都市情怀系列之一>>获第十六届造型艺术优秀奖。

　　2005年作品中国美术家协会2005年度优秀奖。

　　2007年作品<<军民鱼水情>>入选"建军八十周年美术作品展"。

　　2009年作品<<物我相融道法通>>入选"第十一届全国美展"等多项全国重要展览并获奖，入编多种重要刊物。　　

　　Xiao Li, whose original name is Xiao Lichun, was born in Beijing,

　　and serves currently as a member of the China Artists Association,

　　member of the China National Democratic Construction Association,

　　research of Chinese National Academy of Arts, host of www.cctyhua.com,

　　researcher of the Chinese Painting Creation Center of the Ministry of Culture,

　　and Vice Director of China Wen Mai Painting and Calligraphy Academy.

　　In 2005, Xiao’s work The First Painting of Urban Feelings Series won

　　the excellent award of the exhibition held by the 16th International Artists Association Congress.

　　In 2005, Xiao’s work won the 2005 Anniversary

　　Excellent Prize awarded by the China Artists Association.

　　In 2007, her work The Deep Affection between The Army

　　and People was included in the Exhibition of Fine Artworks

　　in Honor of the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Army.

　　In 2009, her work Melt into the Nature and Grasp the

　　Way of the World, was included in many important exhibitions including

　　the 11th National Artworks Exhibition, won many awards and was published

　　in significant publications repeatedly.
