号大缸道人，1957年生于山东德州。1983年毕业于山东艺术学院美术系，获艺术学士学位;2002年中国艺术研究院首届中国画高级研修班结业;2003年就读于中国艺术研究院首届中国画博士课程讲习班;20004年就读于中国画研究院高研班姜宝林工作室。中国美协会员，现任文化部中国美术创作基地副主任、中国画创作中心主任、副研究员。作品《雨洗枇杷鲜》获纪念“中日邦交正常化30周年全国书画展”金奖; 作品《春水》获“水浒杯”银奖等。

　　Courtesy Name: Dagang Taoist Man. Born in 1957 in Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Zhang Degang graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Shandong University of Arts with a bachelor degree of art in 1983. He completed the courses of the first advanced class of Chinese art in Chinese National Academy of Arts (CNAA) in 2002 and from there joined the first study group of PhD courses for Chinese art in the CNAA in 2003. He then went on to take part in the Jiang Baolin Studio of the advanced class in the CNAA after which he became a member of the Chinese Artists Association, served as Deputy Director of the Chinese art creation base of the Ministry of Culture, and moved on to become Director and Associate Researcher of the Chinese Painting Creation Center. His works have received international praise. One piece entitled “Fresh Loquat under the Rain” won the Gold Prize in “Exhibition of Calligraphies and Paintings in Commemoration of 30th Anniversary of Normalization of Sino-Japanese Diplomatic Relation” and a second work, “Spring Water” was awarded the Silver Prize in “Water Margin” Competition, and the list continues to grow.
