Christie’s London, will sell Jeff Koons’s Baroque Egg, estimated at between £2.5-3.5m, in their June 27th sale. What’s interesting about the eggs is that there are five of these eggs. Two previously sold. One went in 2009 (for $5.4m) and the second got snapped up last November (for $6.2m.) So the estimate is fairly conservative.
