Thing-in-itself: Utopia, pop and personal theology exhibition@ Today Art Museum

Chinese artist Wang Guangyi's new exhibition, Thing-in-itself: Utopia, pop and personal theology, will raise its curtain at Today Art Museum this Saturday.

The show invited Huang Ren as the curator of the exhibition and Zhang Zikang as the director. The exhibition includes a review of Wang's past art works and newly finished ones, including his new installation, Thing-in-itself.

Kang Jianfei painting exhibition @ Inside-out Art Museum

The young academics series: Watching blackbirds featuring paintings by Kang Jianfei is being held at Inside-Out Art Museum until October 14. During past 6 years, Kang was trying to break traditional ways of thinking, and envisioned a new society by communicating with people from different fields. Each piece of work on exhibition is based on a unique story of these people.

"Slow Pace" exhibition @ Li-Space

This exhibition featuring works of 15 artists has been on at Li-Space since September 22. These 15 artists, including Ding Yi and Guo Gong, took a long time to create works that can motivate people to calm down and think deeply. The show not only focuses on a low-space lifestyle but also explores the future path of Chinese modern art.
