In more art-on-screen based news, Arts Council England funded Film London, which launched its Artists’ Moving Image Network (FLAMIN) in 2005, are to create a new department dedicated to growing the sector. Film London's current Head of Production and Talent Development Maggie Ellis will run the department under the new title of Head of Artists' Moving Image. Recent FLAMIN productions include Ben Rivers's Two Years At Sea and Elizabeth Price's West Hinder.
