Art13, an ambitious new art fair in London, from the original founders of Art HK, has opened and initial reports have been favourable. Mostly however people have been talking about the presence of well known aesthete Harry Syles at the opening. No news as to whether the teeny-bopping-older-lady-loving-mop-haired-One-Directioner bought anything, but he did have the good taste to come and browse ArtReview's stand.
