The Milwaukee Art Museum has announced the appointment of Tanya Paul as its curator of European art, effective June, reports Mary Louise Schumacher of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Currently the curator at the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Paul previously worked at the University of Virginia Art Museum and the J. Paul Getty Museum. She received her master’s and doctorate degrees from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
