程亚杰的东方人像之美(二)

——《牡丹红》《细语》《婵娟》《蝶恋花》

  2007到2010年间程亚杰创作了系列人像油画作品《仲夏》《望月怀远》《春华秋实》;《牡丹红》《细语》《婵娟》《蝶恋花》;《如诗岁月》《风华》《心锁》。程亚杰作品中的唯美主义一直是一个主题,孜孜以求,这些作品洋溢着东方之美,又散发出西方美学人本主义追求个性的气息,同时蕴含现代艺术的时尚感。程亚杰这组人物有情节情结,唯美的画面描绘了女子细腻的内心世界。

  2007年《牡丹红》将西方晚礼服,汉唐华服蒙太奇般切换,让东方美汇入了世界艺术大河,把审美情趣推向新的境界,背景中的牡丹蝴蝶已经指向未来的拉斯维加斯,这时艺术家心中已经开始酝酿未来的拉斯维加斯画派,如同画中少女突突蹦跳的心脏,使热血奔腾。程亚杰的画总有着哲学的意味,暗含着某种思想。

牡丹红

  2008年《细语》少女似翩翩起舞,如泣如诉,如醉如痴,如盼似怨,如梦似幻;彩蝶飞舞,蜂鸟悬停,真实与幻想,浪漫与抽象。美不胜收。

细语

  2009年《婵娟》,延续了《牡丹红》《细语》的唯美主义,背影,侧脸,表情凝重;背景深邃悠远,与衣服相映,黑红两色,大俗大雅;注重服饰的效果,衣褶,头花既展示绘画的表现力又弘扬东方美学。独在异乡为异客,每逢佳节倍思亲;举头望明月,低头思故乡;作为游子,程亚杰的思乡之情,东方情结跃然画布之上。

婵娟

  2010年《蝶恋花》延续着《牡丹红》《细语》《婵娟》主题,执着地把唯美情怀抒发到底,画中少女目光坚定热烈,头饰繁复美丽,面容姣好秀丽,画面光影叠翠,让人心生美意。古典美,东方美集于一身。

蝶恋花

  2007~2010,During this period, Cheng Yajie produced a series of portrait oil paintings including Midsummer, Looking at the Full Moon, Missing One Far Away, Spring Flower, Autumn Fruit, Time of the Poetry, Peony Red, Whispering, Elegance and Heart Lock. Aestheticism has always been one of the themes of his paintings which reveal the beauty of Orient, the individualism pursuit of humanism in the Western aesthetics as well as the fashion of modern art.

  Cheng Yajie integrated Oriental beauty into the world art through depicting the Western evening dress and Chinese style clothing in Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty in the oil paintings Time of the Poetry, Peony Red and Whispering respectively, which advanced the aesthetic taste to a new lever. The symbols of peony and butterfly in the background of these paintings revealed that the artist was making preparation for the future Painting School of Las Vegas, and he was as passionate as the young girl with beating heart in the painting.

  The young girl in Whispering seems to be dancing, sweeping and complaining, drunk and entranced, expecting and repining as well as dreamy. Beautiful butterflies are flying freely. A hummingbird is hovering in the air. This painting, clearly displaying reality and fantasy as well as romance and abstraction, is really a feast for the eyes.

  Cheng Yajie produced Lovely Lady which continued the aestheticism of Time of the Poetry, Peony Red and Whispering, depicting the back, profile and dignified expression of a beauty. The red dress contracts with the black background, perfectly displaying the beauty’s elegance and spirituality. He attached emphasis on the effect of the dress. The smocking and headdress flowers perfectly demonstrate the strong expression of painting and Oriental aesthetics. Just as two Chinese poems put that "Alone, a lonely stranger in a foreign land; I doubly pine for my kinsfolk on holiday" and "Looking up, I find the moon bright; Bowing, in homesickness I’m drowned".
