2017年1月1日，新年伊始，万象更新，一个占地近50平方米，高3。6米的大型装置艺术作品于坐落于和平区沈阳万象城南广场揭开神秘的面纱。这就是著名当代艺术家、登山家孙义全老师倾心打造的大型装置艺术作品“致敬珠峰 致敬贝聿铭”，也是孙义全老师个人全球巡展「珠峰造物」对外公布的第一件作品。

　　十年登山，七年思考，「珠峰造物」不仅仅是一个简单的艺术展，更是孙义全老师用多年登山经验和生命感怀创做出的系列作品。登顶珠峰，目之所及，都是最纯粹的没有人工痕迹的景色：石、水、空气，这些大自然恩赐的礼物，现在，孙义全老师把这些超越生死见证的礼物带回来与大家分享。

　　此次展出的大型装置作品是珠穆朗玛峰造型的缩影，以菱形元素隐喻山峰，并在中央部分嵌入三种颜色装入取自珠穆朗玛峰的三种物质元素——石、空气、水。此外，三种颜色的转换也表达了孙义全老师对中国文化及其智慧的原初经验的理解，即三重境界的转变：首先是“看山就是山”，随后是“看山不是山”，最后还是回到“看山还是山”的原初状态。

　　在公共艺术与城市建设密不可分的当下，孙义全老师打造的大型装置艺术作品打破语言、形式等界限，从更为广阔的视角，为提升和平区域形象及区域软实力提供更多的艺术支持。孙义全老师也借助此件作品表达了对万象城及和平区未来所能达到的高度的诚挚祝福！在崭新的一年为打造和平区国际化营商环境助力增辉，为树立沈阳国际化大都市形象锦上添花，为共同缔造幸福沈阳树立一座坚不可摧的精神丰碑！

　　Mountains meet MixC Shenyang

　　“Salute Qomolangma; Salute Ieoh Ming Pei” Unveiling Ceremony of Large Installation Art Work of Yiquan Sun

　　A large Installation Art Work covering 50 m2 and 3.6 meters high will lift the veil at Southern Square of MixC Shenyang on Heping District at the beginning of the new year on Jan, 1 2017. It is a large installation art work specially designed by famous contemporary artist and mountaineer---- Sun Yiquan. It is also the first published art work of 「Created by Qomolangma」, Sun Yiquan’s solo exhibition tour.

　　It takes Sun Yiquan 10 years to climb mountains and 7 years to think.「Created by Qomolangma」is not a simple art exhibition, but an art series created by Sun Yiquan’s years of climbing experiences and inspirations from it. When reaching the peak of Mt. Qomolangma, there is nothing in the eyes but pure nature: stone, water and air. Now, Sun Yiquan has brought back the presents beyond life and death to share with us. This large installation art works is the miniature of Mt. Qomolangma, inside of which enclose with stones, air and watch taken from EBC marked by three colors respectively. Besides, the transforming of three colors comes from Sun Yiquan’s perspective about Chinese culture and wisdom, i.e. transforming of three realms: First is “Look mountain as mountain”, then “Look mountain not as mountain”, finally back to “Look mountain as mountain”.

　　In the current time which public art and city construction are closely interrelated, Sun Yiquan’s large installation art work breaks the limitation of languages and forms and offers more article support to improve international image of Heping District and its soft power. Sun Yiquan also uses the artwork to express his sincere blessing to MixC Shenyang and Heping District. He hopes his artwork will help to improve the business environment of Heping District and to contribute to build international metropolis of Shenyang and to establish a solid spiritual monument in order to create happy Shenyang.

　　MixC Shenyang is the fourth leg of「Created by Qomolangma」world exhibition tours after Paris, Hong Kong and Beijing. It is the first time for MixC Shenyang to deeply cooperate with top artist in China and will keep abreast with the world’s famous art centers. It will make an attempt on the combination of art and commerce, tradition and modernity, challenges and transcending. The artwork improves the aesthetics of the public and will deliver the positive ideas of courage, power, perseverance and environmental protection. It is a solid step of MixC Shenyang toward building art space of high quality and the trial of merge between commerce and art.
