　　清影艺术空间荣幸地宣布，即将于2017年5月20日下午3点举办美国杰出艺术家Kiki Smith与Seton Smith的双个展：光影和呼吸(Light & Breath)。这是两位艺术家在中国的首次携手展出。

　　Kiki Smith的绘画与影像作品充满了灵性和超出常规直击观众的力量。她以直觉的感性结合与改造已知的认知与形态，以生物学的隐喻探讨人在复杂的现实环境中所面临的身份问题。Seton Smith的黑白摄影以建筑景观的不断强调，将这些被忽略的建筑与空间的私人历史和景观以疏离现实的图像感来呈现。她们的作品共同呈现了对人类现实与精神世界本质的探索和内心的敏感细微的情感图像。引发我们对自身状态的思考。

　　展览将分享这两位拥有巨大影响力的艺术家的工作，并免费对公众开放至7月20日。

　　The Inna Art Space are proud to announce the opening of Light & Breath, an exhibition of work by prominent American artists Kiki Smith and Seton Smith. The exhibition is set to open at 3pm, May 20th, and will be the pair's first in mainland China.

　　Kiki Smith's printmaking and video work is deeply imbued with a sense of spirit, transcending convention. The artist fuses perceptual phenomena, remodeling the modes of what is known and recognized, taking biological metaphor to explore questions faced by individuals inhabiting a complex reality. With her unwavering, augmentative focus upon the features of architectural structures. Seton Smith's black and white photographs allow private narratives and scenes from these overlooked spaces to manifest in images plucked from reality.

　　Appearing alongside one another, the artists' works project explorations of and an inward sensitivity to the fundamentals of both human reality and the mind in the form of highly emotive imagery, impelling us to reflect upon our own individual circumstances.

　　The exhibition will share the projects of these two highly influential artists and offers free entry to members of the public until its close on July 20th.
