展览概述/Introduction of Exhibition

　　刘若望生于陕北革命老区的一个贫困山村，是伴随改革开放成长起来的一位艺术家，通过求学，走进省会城市，走进中国的首都，成为一位自由艺术家。此次展出作品时间跨度极大，为艺术家十几年来在艺术的道路上对全球化生态文明不断关注与探索，创作的“苍生永恒”大型动物系列主题雕塑（公共艺术）及油画作品百余件。希望通过公共艺术让人在这里都能得到一些启发和思考，呼吁人类关注生态、保护环境。

　　帕斯卡·耶利将展出近年以“落日永恒”为主题创作的具有标志性艺术潮流和风格特色的精选视觉艺术作品，密集沉浸式的投影与光雕装置艺术覆盖，同刘若望的艺术作品发生多面交流，引导观者进入一个全新的内在感官世界。

　　两位艺术家联合办展，是两国文化艺术界交流的一件盛事，体现了中瑞友谊，对加深两国人民之间的友谊作出贡献，是中瑞文化交流的一个重要成果。为增进中瑞之间的文化艺术交流和相互理解作出重要贡献，也必将为中瑞两国文化艺术之间的互鉴互识、相互促进留下一段浓墨重彩的佳话。

　　Born in a poor mountain village of northern Shaanxi, which is known to be the old district of revolution, Liu Ruowang grew up in the period of the reform and opening up of China. Going through studying, the artist entered the big city and even the capital of China, becoming a free international reknown artist. The collection of "the Eternity of Creature" of Liu Ruowang is extremely large. It represents the research of the artist during more than ten years, in the purpose of exploring the subject of global ecology. More than one hundred large-scale animal series of oil paintings and sculptures are calling up people to give more thoughts and considerations to protect the environment.

　　SUNSET session is combining one of the finest selection of printed visuals in mixed media by Pascal Yerly interacting with video mapping installation, spontaneously communicating in

　　symbiosis with Liu Ruowang's sublime paintings. A powerful dialogue between two significant cultures and artists at everlasting beautiful moment of SUNSET where everyone? passionate about art would wish to be. A unique showcase where contemporary visions of the arts is sublimed with immersive moving visuals and delightful electronic sounds.

　　The collaboration of this exhibition between the two artists is a great event of culture and art for the two countries. It reflects the deepening friendship between China and Switzerland. It is an important achievement for Sino-Swiss cultural exchanges.It contributes the mutual understanding of different traditions for the people from the two countries. It will surely leave a fascinating story for everyone will participate to the event.

　　艺术家简介/Introduction of Artists

　　刘若望/Liu Ruowang

　　国际著名艺术家，北京渡渡美术馆创始人、佳县峪口国际艺术区发起人、榆林渡渡美术馆及生态雕塑艺术园发起人、榆林文化艺术创意产业园发起人，现居北京。

　　1977年生于陕西省北部榆林地区的佳县山区，1999年到北京，2002年至2005年在中央美术学院助教研究生课程班学习，2005年作品《东方红》参加中央美术学院“学院之光”优秀作品展并获奖。

　　刘若望是中国改革开放以后成长起来的青年艺术家，他从中国西部贫困的小山村，通过求学，走进省会城市，走进中国的首都，成为一位自由艺术家。他从2005年开始从中国艺术界脱颖而出，通过一组组雕塑作品，通过一个个展览，成为有影响力的享有国际声誉的青年艺术家，其作品除了在中国大陆北京、上海等地展出外，已经在新加坡、韩国首尔、新西兰皇后镇、意大利威尼斯双年展、都灵大学、美国纽约军械库艺术展、法国坎佩尔及德国石荷州等地展出，代表作品有狼来了、东方红系列、人民系列、天兵系列、高山流水系列、苍生系列、渡渡鸟系列等。

　　德国总理默克尔、德国总统高克、新西兰总理约翰·基、韩国国防委员会委员长元裕哲、韩国副总理金秉准等均会见过刘若望，对他的创作表示祝贺。被国外媒体誉为“元首粉丝最多的艺术家”。

　　2018年获得纽约卡诺瓦当代卓越奖（CONTEMPORARY EXCELLENCE AWARD）

　　2016年刘若望作为“年度艺术家”参加德国北部艺术区第十八届国际艺术大展，其展览“若望苍生”获NordArt最高人气大奖。NordArt 2016被AMERICAN EXPRESS essentials评为世界夏季最值得观看的15 个展览之一，封面图片采用的是展览“若望苍生”中作品《苍生》的节选。

　　2015年获意大利那不勒斯经典文化奖，展览被意大利媒体评为“十个不可错过的展览之一”。

　　2012年建军八十五周年全国美术作品展暨第十二届全军美术作品展获优秀作品奖。

　　2005年参加中央美术学院“学院之光”作品展获优秀作品奖。

　　作品《狼来了》被北京798艺术区评为“最具网红价值的雕塑”。

　　Liu Ruowang is an international renown artist who lives in Beijing. He is the founder of Dodo Art Museum, Jiaxian Yukou Art District, Yulin Dodo Art Museum, Yulin Ecological Sculpture Art Park and Yulin Culture&Art Creative Industry Park.

　　The artist is born in 1977 in the mountain region of Jiaxian of Yulin. He arrived in Beijing in 1999. During the period of 2002 to 2005, his artwork series of “Red East” have won the prize of'Academy Light' of China Central Art Academy of Fine Arts. Since 2005, he made his name in the chinese art world through series of sculptures and numerous exhibitions and became one of the most influential international chinese young artists. In addition to the cities of China as Beijing and Shanghai, Liu Ruowang has exhibited in many different international cities of worldwide such as Singapore, Seoul of South Korea, Queenstown of New Zealand, Quinper of France and Shihlin of Germany. He also participated to important international art events such as Venice Biennale, NewYork Armory Art Exhibition and the exhibition in the University of Turin. His series of art works are all given interesting names as Wolf is coming, Red East, the People, Soldiers from heaven, High Mountain&Floating Water, Dodo, etc.

　　German Chancellor Angela Merkel, German President Gaoke, New Zealand Prime Minister John Key, South Korean Defense Ministry Chairman Yuan Yuzhe, and South Korean Deputy Prime Minister Kim Byung Jung have all met Liu Ruowang to congratulate him for his creation. He was praised by a foreign media "The artist with the most fans among the political heads."

　　瑞士艺术家 Pascal Yerly 在过去的二十年活跃在视觉艺术领域中，曾在美国、瑞士、德国、中国等国家办过画展。2018年受邀瑞士驻中国大使馆在瑞士创新周重磅艺术演出。

　　他的作品常常运用现代的媒体与自然界大胆地交流，充满实践性的作品从独特的视角表达出: 人类精神心力从大地吸取食量息息相连的同时也随着现代科技演变两股力量之间的平衡与分裂。

　　目前 Pascal Yerly 在瑞士作为艺术教师任教多年，在此期间他多次在本地的艺术竞赛中获得奖项。融入到建筑设计项目中的艺术创作，混合媒体的装置作品，多种充满新意却训练有素的共时性现象经常诞生于直觉和微妙的感知中，造就了惊人多变的的被赋予变革意义的艺术载体。

　　Pascal Yerly is a native swiss artist active in visual arts over the past two decades with exhibitions in the United States, Switzerland, Germany and China.

　　He participated to the main art event of Swiss Innovation Week in 2018 in Beijing. His work and research are often engaging contemporary medias and communication perspectives inrelation with nature. His vision expresses the idea of humans nurturing a balancing mindconnected with the earth, but nonetheless evolving with technologies and disruptive experimental works.

　　He is also an art professor in Switzerland since many years and he has been awarded in art competitions. Through art in architecture, mixed media installation and various creativedisciplines which are resulting in an astoundingly varied and innovative body of work.

　　渡渡美术馆由国际著名艺术家刘若望发起，是一个讲生态文明、推广公共艺术文化、践行青少年美育的国内首家公益性组织。发起以动物（鸟类）苍生系列为主题的“生态文明”雕塑艺术公园，努力建设一个讲生态文明的国际性雕塑园。期间多次获的各项大奖并得到多国领导、使馆的接见与拜访。美术馆获第17届意大利那不勒斯国际经典文化建筑奖。

　　Dodo Art Museum, founded by internationally renowned artist Liu Ruowang, is a public welfare organization that promotes global ecology, public art and aesthetic education for young people.The museum is also a park of sculptures with the theme 'Creature' such as animal sculptures and bird sculptures. Until these days, the museum has been visited by many international important peoples and leaders. Which is worth to mention is that Dodo Art Museum has won the 17th Italian Napoli International Classical Cultural Architecture Award.
