　　唐代铜鎏金飞天观音菩萨像

　　Bronze gilded statue of Avalokitesvara in Tang Dynasty

　　高：104cm/104 centimeters tall

　　唐代铜鎏金飞天观音菩萨像，菩萨头戴宝冠，冠周饰以珍宝，脑后有镂空环形顶光，顶光放射万丈光芒，光顶端一佛端祥坐姿莲上，两端飞天奏乐神态各异，另宝缯从双肩外侧顺臂飘垂。菩萨袒露上身，脐以下着轻薄贴体的长裙，飘带搭于双臂。颈戴项圈，身佩璎珞，右臂自然下垂，左臂从肘部向上弯曲，跣足立于莲花座上。

　　In the Tang Dynasty, there was a bronze gilded statue of flying Guanyin Bodhisattva. The Bodhisattva wore a crown and was decorated with treasures around the crown. There was a hollow ring-shaped top light at the back of his head. The top light was a Buddha sitting on a lotus. The flying music at both ends had different expressions. The other treasure hung from the outside of his shoulders. The Bodhisattva exposed his upper body, and under his navel was a light and close fitting long skirt, which was draped on his arms. The neck wears a collar, the body wears a wreath, the right arm naturally droops, the left arm bends upward from the elbow, and stands barefoot on the lotus seat.

　　整体看来，此尊菩萨容貌端庄秀丽，神态安详，身体比例适度，外形轮廓优美，体态健美，姿态委婉动人，艺术造型上充分表现出线条之优美。造像青铜铸造，通体鎏金，金质苏黄，鎏金保存完好，局部有脱落。铜在唐代十分贵重，此像高度104公分，铸造工艺精湛，整像造型端庄，堪称唐代金铜造像中的精品，弥足珍贵。（可参阅：美国大都会艺术博物馆收藏8世纪唐代青铜鎏金观音菩萨造像）

　　On the whole, this Bodhisattva is dignified and beautiful in appearance, calm in expression, moderate in body proportion, beautiful in outline, strong in body, gentle and moving in posture, and full in line in artistic modeling. The statues are made of bronze. The whole body is gilded. The gilding is made of gold and Suhuang. The gilding is well preserved, and part of it falls off. Copper was very valuable in the Tang Dynasty. The statue was 104 cm high, with exquisite casting technology and dignified modeling. It can be regarded as a fine product of gold and copper statues in the Tang Dynasty, which is precious.
