作品理念(Creation Idea):

自2020年疫情暴发至蔓延全球，两年时间里，世界肉眼可见的陷入分裂的危机，多元化包容并存的世界格局被撕裂。国家与国家、民族与民族、人与人之间的藩篱被重新立起。

我们寄希望世界重归一体，将相互理解与消解偏见的意愿融入作品，呼唤人与人之间摒弃我执，携手前进。

In the past two years since the outbreak of the Covid-19 in 2020 and its contagion across the globe, the world has been thrown into a crisis where the inclusive coexistence of diversity has been thoroughly damaged and the barriers among nations and the people have reappeared then. We hope that the world will be integrated into a community again, so this work combines the willingness to understand each other and to eliminate prejudice, calling for the people around the world to loosen all stubbornness and move forward jointly.

故事脉络(Story plot)

故事取材自中国民间四大爱情故事之一的《白蛇传》，借由白娘子与许仙之间的人妖之恋，表达偏见所带给人的分别与痛苦。以白蛇为引，穿越千年，表现了真爱终将超越偏见，治愈一切的

This work is selected from The White Snake, one of the four traditional love stories in China. Through the love between the White Snake and Xu Xian, it expresses the tortures of separation caused by prejudice. With the White Snake as the main element to go through the millennia, this work shows the beautiful wish that true love will eventually eliminate prejudice and heal all hurts.

Designs of 6 Scenes

第一幕   起  白蛇传情

以古风山水起头，伴随蒙蒙细雨，湖光山色，搭配纸伞、落雨、绿柳等宋韵元素。501高塔化身古塔，皎洁白蛇绕塔攀升。

Scene 1 Lead-in: Affection from White Snake

Setting the ancient landscape with drizzling rain as the background, accompanied by other elements in Song Dynasty, such as paper umbrellas, falling rain, and green willows, this work takes 501 Building in Chongqing as an ancient pagoda around which the white snake is climbing.

第二幕   承  伊甸园

枝叶生长、花繁叶茂生长动效，搭配白蛇运动，从501高塔联动入主画面。

绿叶摇动舒展露出藏在画面中心的红色苹果。借用亚当夏娃禁果典故，点明人妖之恋触犯禁忌。亚当夏娃偷吃上帝苹果，产生分别之心，人有了好恶就产生了偏见，偏见带来痛苦。亚当夏娃被逐出伊甸园，承受永世轮回之苦。

Scene 2 Supplement: Garden of Eden

The branches, leaves and flowers growing in the background, the white snake climbs from the 501 Building to the main screen.

With green leaves stretching slowly, the red apple in the center of the picture is exposed slowly, which symbolizes the forbidden fruit stolen by Adam and Eve, thus expressing that the love with the demon would violate the taboo. After Adam and Eve eat the apple of God secretly, they know how to differentiate the good and the evil. When good and bad sides are held at the same time, the prejudice is born. In accordingly, the prejudice brings pain to human beings. In the end, Adam and Eve are expelled from the Garden of Eden and suffer the pain of eternal reincarnation.

第三幕   转  轮回

主画面蛇眼边鳞片旋转，眼睛内炫彩运动，象征轮回不停。眼球中央代表人影跑马灯式从幼童成长为老年，显示人生百态。两侧建筑物造型从古典时代闪烁变化自现代直至未来。

叙述沧海桑田，白云苍狗，轮回千年。

Scene 3 Transition: Reincarnation

The snake, with scales rotating around the eye and shadows shifting inside the eye, symbolizes the continuous reincarnation. The center part of the eye presents a series of shadows of human growing from a young child to an old man, showing all the states of life. The pictures of the buildings on each side flickers and changes frequently from classical times to modern times and to the future, describing the vicissitudes of thousands of years.

第四幕   扬  多元宇宙

墙体破碎，露出内部空间，背景光影闪动，画面中心人物不断替换脸部面具，佛像面具、川剧变脸、防疫口罩等等元素。3D人物随电子音乐与画面起舞。人物呼之欲出，增强裸眼3D效果。

章节内核皆有众多代表文化符号的面具表达人类历史传承、文明交替，多元的灿烂文化交相辉映，彼此包容。文化虽有差异但人与人之间本质如一。打破偏见的藩篱（墙体），人才能露出真挚的本我。

Scene 4 Rise: Multiverse

Then, the wall is broken to reveal the inner part. With the flashing light and shadow in the background, the characters in the center of the screen keep changing masks, such as Buddha masks, Sichuan Opera faces, masks on epidemic prevention, etc. The vivid 3D character dances with the electronic music, enhancing the 3D effect to the audience.

Numerous masks in this part represents multiple cultural symbols to express our historical inheritance, civilization alternation, diversified splendid cultures. Although cultural differences are unavoidable, the essence of the human beings is the same. After all, only by eliminating prejudices can humans reveal their true selves.

第五幕   抑  积木城市

积木城市，用积木元素在墙面搭建墙体，配合火焰、激光等元素，描述在偏见下导致人类相互仇视、拒绝合作并以此可能引发的危机如：战争阴影、环境破坏、金融海啸等，摇摇欲坠的积木城市象征孩童的梦想距离破灭一步之遥。

Scene 5 Fall: Building City with Blocks

This work, by building walls with blocks, with flame, laser light and other elements, tells the prejudice would lead human to be hatred, and refuse to cooperate with each other, which may give rise to the crisis, such as the war, environmental disruption, and financial tsunami. The ramshackle buildings built by blocks portend that dreams in the childhood would be shattered soon.

第六幕   合  重生

战火后破碎的城市废墟，断壁残垣间开出红绿的花朵，生命复苏，枝丫藤蔓环绕楼体生长。

顽强的生命没有物我之分，哪怕是水泥钢铁的城市废墟，也能开出灿烂的花朵。寓意打破偏见与隔阂的世界，一片欣欣向荣。用包容和理解使未来重新复苏。

Scene 6 The End: Rejuvenation

Among the ruins caused by the war, red and green flowers bloom quietly and branches and vines stretch slowly, symbolizing the rejuvenation of life.

Tenacious life holds no boundaries. Even in the ruins of concrete and steel, the flowers can still blossom brilliantly. This work symbolizes that the world will thrive when prejudices and barriers among people are eliminated, calling for us to revive the future world with tolerance and understanding.

2022中国·重庆首届国际光影艺术节是重庆首届都市艺术节的重要组成部分，将于2023年1月6日举办，是立足于本土艺术文化资源，首次集政府、企业、艺术界的力量重点打造的城市艺术品牌活动，由文化和旅游部艺术发展中心、重庆市教育委员会、重庆市文化和旅游发展委员会、重庆市九龙坡区人民政府、四川美术学院、重庆市美术家协会共同主办。

本次光影艺术节是国内首创集“灯光影像、灯光艺术、灯光装置”三大艺术版块为一体的国际性光影公共艺术活动，秉承行业高水准的原则，面向国际优秀的光影艺术家、灯光设计师和数字媒体艺术团队等邀约作品参演。届时，将由来自中国、意大利，法国，德国，西班牙、墨西哥、保加利亚，罗马尼亚等近20个国家的百余件光影艺术作品汇集在重庆九龙半岛，点亮黄桷坪涂鸦艺术街区。黄桷坪涂鸦艺术街承载着重庆城市的历史记忆与人文情怀，串联着重庆艺术发展的既往变迁与未来期望，这里将会打造无边界重庆美术公园，并以此构建重庆城市文化艺术全新的景观、模式、业态。本次光影艺术节在黄桷坪的实现即是对九龙美术半岛文化IP的强势备注。

“流光绘影，艺术让生活更美好”是此次光影艺术节的主题，强调运用3D Mapping技术，使光、数字影像等艺术媒介语言进入公共空间，流入大众生活，通过艺术与技术的融合，科技与生活的碰撞，让艺术最大化地介入日常，用饱满的视觉感官凝聚美好生活。“让美浸入城市，让美融入生活”，愿本次光影艺术节在黄桷坪涂鸦街的呈现，再次刷新半岛艺术湾别样的文化气质，充分展现“美丽艺术湾、美好新生活”，也逐渐点亮并丰富着重庆城市夜晚景观与人文内涵，打造重庆的年度文化盛事。
