王亚崴的最新个展“故事--王亚崴作品展”将于2023年7月1日在绿影室举办

​Image Chaser和绿影室联合推出，由Nikolaus Ellrodt策展。展览将展出王亚崴49件作品。

前言

　　文/策展人Nikolaus Ellrodt

　　It is the third Solo Exhibition I have to joy to curate for  Wang Yawei.  We met each other 10 years ago， through a purchase I made of his work. The development of his work within these years is remarkable.

　　很高兴这是我为王亚崴策划的第三次个展。我们在10年前通过偶然收藏他画作的机缘而结识。也见证着他这几年一路走来，在其创作道路上的显著发展。

《摇篮曲》 179x264cm 纸本水墨 2019

　　Being a father， his story telling ability improved step by step. While bringing his son Qingyu to bed， they ， instead of reading bed time stories， they invent stories together. A mixture of all influences make their way to be part of the story.  Just pure imagination， something they recently have experienced or just points of attraction.

　　作为一名父亲，他讲述故事的能力亦在逐渐提升。每日在哄儿子清予睡觉时，他们相处的方式，不是阅读现成的睡前故事，而是一起创造全新的故事。无论是纯粹的想象、新近经历、或是任何吸引人的点滴，都被放入故事里，融合无尽臆想及各色灵感的诠释，亦使他们自身成为了故事中的一部分。

　　Yawei then recalls these stories and creates these wonderful images， sometimes with the little help of Qingyu. One have to look careful to see all the hidden wonders. The story series is one of the three new series we present in this exhibition.

　　亚崴将他与儿子清予的故事，重现还原在其艺术作品中，创作出美妙有趣的生动画面。观者必须透过细致入微的观察，才能洞悉挖掘所有隐藏在画作中的奇妙之处。《故事》系列是本次展览推出的三个新系列之一。

　　Wang Yawei’s subject matter shifts with the dramatic Chinese seasons， “from equinox to equinox” and in doing so he creates his own contemporary folklore meets pagan masquerade. Embracing and celebrating China‘s ancient history， he seeks to engender and share a sense of curiosity for his homeland， bringing untold stories and knowledge to the surface， whilst modernising and recalibrating them with his own imagination for a new audience.

　　王亚崴的主题转向中国戏剧性的时令，“从春分到秋分”，在创作过程中，他融合传统民俗形象创造了自己的当代民俗解读。他拥抱和赞美中国传统文化，试图引发和分享其对于中国传统文化的探知心，将难以描绘的典故知识呈现出来，同时用自己的想象力为新受众对其进行现代解读和重新定位。

　　In the Zodiac series he takes the typical light represented by the Zodiac as the background color of his very imaginative representation of the Zodiac sign， all mixed with his domestic culture and history.

　　在《十二生肖》系列中，他极具想象力的以十二个时辰所代表的典型天色作为他表现十二生肖的背景色，所有这些都融合了他对于中国文化和历史的认知。

　　The last series， the window series represent the more modern China. Seeing the big wide world through windows， sometime only as an onlooker， not a participant. Occasionally just curious to see what is happing in outside world， viewing from the other side you might catch a glimpse of intimacy the neighbor is actually trying to hide. Or sometimes the windows are only a metaphor to our view into our deepest wishes for calms， beauty and dreams.

　　最后一个系列，《窗》系列作品表现了当下的中国生活。其作品的创作视角有时仅是旁观者，而不是参与者，透过窗户看到更为广阔的世界。无论是偶尔出于好奇探向窗外的女孩，还是从窗外碰巧瞥入的私密视角，甚或窗户只是我们对平静、美好和梦想最深切愿望的隐喻。

　　Within the 49 works， we are sure， you will find quite some stories you like to keep on developing in your imagination.

　　我们相信，在这49件作品中，你会探索及发现越来越多的故事，同时一并开拓延展自己对于生活的无尽想象。

　　2008年毕业于中央美术学院国画系 获学士学位

　　2014年毕业于中央美术学院国画系 获硕士学位

　　2021年考入中央美术学院研究生院 攻读博士学位
