陈学良，1955年出生，辽宁凤城人，中国美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师、辽宁中山画院副院，中国水墨艺术研究员。

北京大学、南开大学美术学院特聘教授，在中国第三届书画艺术市场年度排行榜中国最具有影响力和最有升值潜质的百位画家中被评为最有升值潜质的十大画家之一。

主要代表作：《凤凰山庙会》《山城纪事》《大海的歌》等多次入围全国美展并获奖，众多作品被国内为美术馆、博物馆及个人收藏。作品被《美术》《国画家》《中国书画报》《美术报》等国内主要学术刊物专题介绍，出版有中国近现代名家、美术教学师范作品等多部画集。

Chen Xueliang, born in 1955 in Fengcheng, Liaoning, is a member of the China Artists Association, a national first-class artist, and a research fellow in Chinese ink and wash art at the Deputy Institute of Liaoning Zhongshan Painting Academy.

A distinguished professor from the School of Fine Arts at Peking University and Nankai University, he was named one of the top ten painters with the greatest potential for appreciation among the 100 most influential and influential painters in China's third annual ranking of the calligraphy and painting art market.

His main representative works include "Phoenix Mountain Temple Fair," "Mountain City Chronicles," and "Song of the Sea," which have been nominated for national art exhibitions and won awards multiple times. Many of his works have been collected by art galleries, museums, and individuals in China. The works have been featured in major domestic academic journals such as Fine Arts, Chinese Painters, Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Newspapers, and Art Newspapers, and have published multiple art collections including works by Chinese modern and contemporary masters and art teachers.
