重庆解放碑，一家名为“宋小面”的小馆悄然开张。推门而入，仿佛走进了一段时光隧道。红色的招牌在灯光的照耀下如同一张鲜活的老照片，字体浑厚有力，仿佛一笔一划刻画着重庆小面百年的风雨。室内，暗红色的木质桌椅排列得恰到好处，灯影摇曳中，仿佛能感受到老重庆码头的热闹喧嚣。墙上的装饰简单却精致，那些泡菜坛子如同街巷中的老物件，静静诉说着重庆小面从市井小巷一路走来的悠久故事。

宋小面馆不仅是味觉的盛宴，更是一场跨越时空的文化旅程。从“鹰嘴豆杂酱面”到“私房甲鱼面”，每一道菜品的名称都透露出一股浓浓的地方气息，犹如老街巷里穿行而过的市声，唤起的是每个重庆人记忆深处的某个角落。那些面条的香气在空气中弥漫，似乎在讲述着小面的故事与文化传承。

在重庆，食物不只是为了填饱肚子，更是这座城市生活的肌理与脉搏。小面的历史可以追溯到清末民初，当时的码头工人们因劳作辛苦，急需一种能够迅速恢复体力的热食。小面应运而生，最初不过是街头巷尾的便餐，随着时光流逝，它逐渐渗透进每个重庆人的日常。从码头工人的朴实午餐到今日的城市风味，小面不仅是一种美食，更承载着重庆人的性格——热情、辛辣、爽朗。

宋小面馆试图将这种市井情怀与现代生活的细腻感知融汇于一碗面中。无论是杂酱面的浓郁香气，还是“私房甲鱼面”的创新搭配，都透出一种对传统的深切敬意。“鹰嘴豆杂酱面”是经典中的创新，鹰嘴豆的加入，赋予了这碗面别样的层次感。面条在碗中散发着热气，鲜香的杂酱融入其中，辣而不烈，麻味悠长，入口瞬间便让人仿佛置身于重庆的蜿蜒山路之中。

而宋小面馆的设计也颇具匠心。那些墙上悬挂的重庆街景与老照片，让人仿佛瞬间穿越回了上世纪的重庆老街。长条木桌、古朴的灯饰，还有那些装置艺术般的泡菜坛子，仿佛是一场跨越时代的对话。每一处细节都流露出对重庆的深情，仿佛提醒每一个来此的食客：这一碗面，不仅是味觉的享受，更是重庆文化的一部分。

重庆的历史，像这碗面一样，充满了市井的味道与温度。相传在清末，码头工人在繁忙的劳作中，常常需要一种迅速填饱肚子的食物，于是那时的小面应运而生。而如今的小面早已超越了它的原始功能，成为了重庆人日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。宋小面馆似乎在延续着这段历史，它的“私房甲鱼面”不仅是在味道上的创新，更是在传统与现代之间架起了一座桥梁。

傅榆翔，诗人、雕塑家、油画家，国际独立策展人、自由撰稿人。现任中国《雕塑》杂志编委、成都美术家协会荣誉主席，担任多家知名艺术与文化活动的顾问与评委。他的作品涵盖多种艺术形式，致力于探索传统与现代的对话，擅长以独特的艺术视角描绘文化传承。

Fuyu Xiang, born in Chongqing, China, is a versatile artist and cultural thinker whose work spans literature, visual arts, and curation. As a poet, sculptor, and oil painter, his artistic creations are deeply influenced by traditional Chinese culture, while also being closely aligned with modern art movements. His poetry is concise and rich in imagery, while his sculptures and paintings exhibit strong symbolism and formal beauty, often exploring the profound connections between human emotions and cultural heritage through the interplay of stillness and motion, the real and the abstract.

In addition to his remarkable achievements in artistic creation, Fuyu Xiang has played a significant role in international curation and cultural exchanges. As an independent international curator and freelance writer, he has been actively involved in the global art scene for many years. He has provided expert opinions and curatorial services for numerous internationally renowned art exhibitions and cultural events, promoting dialogue and interaction between Eastern and Western cultures. Currently, he serves as an editorial board member of Sculpture magazine in China and as Honorary Chairman of the Chengdu Artists Association. He also holds advisory and jury positions in several prestigious arts and cultural institutions.

Fuyu Xiang's body of work encompasses various forms, including sculpture, painting, and public space installations. His art reflects a deep understanding of artistic language and unique expression. By merging traditional and modern elements, his works often probe the relationship between cultural heritage and contemporary society, offering reflections on time, history, and human nature. His art is not merely a visual presentation but also a profound dialogue between cultures, civilizations, and religions, seeking to connect past cultural legacies with contemporary artistic expressions.
