山痕水迹显心路：顾黎明的《山水赋》

此时此地是最真切的，每一个稍纵即逝的当下仿佛都是全新的。但追根问底时可以发现：当代人的文化模式的“源代码”，是轴心时代就已经奠定的。古老的灵魂从未消散，日光之下并无新事，只是不断变换着新颖的表皮。

当下匆匆逝去，转眼已是过往。顾黎明在更为宏阔悠远的意识中来看待过去、今天，并遥想未来。作为学者型的艺术家，他在文化考古式的工作方式中，形成自己的问题意识和观念框架，在其中跳跃变动的，是心灵深处的秘密，在心手相连的绘画方式中袒露出来。

具体而言，他在构图、材质、形象和笔触中利用触觉和借喻，把自己在每一个“当下”的心灵状态，放到长阔高深都无力测透的浩瀚时空中来审视。“我”和历史、传统的复杂关系，直观微妙地显现着——有关联也有差异，折射着不同文化之间的融合和冲突，以及他自身的文化体质。这一幅幅散发视觉魅力的作品，也是一张张显现心灵状态的样本。点线面、色彩、空间、材质等，期待和敏锐开放的感受力相遇，应目会心，同频共振——那时，一个个“我”汇聚成“我们”，在命运的凝视下休戚与共。

山水画是中国古代文人们在农业文明时代的精神图腾，通过营造丘壑、书写笔墨，表达对天地的感恩，领悟冥冥中的天意并流露自我的心灵状态。以传统山水画为参照，顾黎明的《山水赋》在理性的设置中纵情实验、肆意涂绘，既开放叩问新的可能性，也审视身处当代的种种失序与无奈。

在科技加速度发展、人工智能方兴未艾的态势下，纵情实验、肆意涂绘更契合人性，更可能挽留人的尊严。对照造物主所造的原始宇宙和人类利用互联网所造的“元宇宙”(Meta verse)，《山水赋》是当代人莫衷一是又莫可名状的精神吐纳。唯有历历在目的具体画面，释放出难以归拢、无以清空的复杂心绪，回应于悠悠时空。

Trace of Landscapes, Path of the Heart: Gu Liming’s Shanshui Fu

The here and now is the most tangible reality, each fleeting moment seemingly fresh and unprecedented. Yet tracing back to the roots reveals that the "source code" of contemporary cultural patterns was established as early as the Axial Age. Ancient souls never truly vanish; under the sun, there is nothing new, only ever-shifting skins of novelty.

The present slips away swiftly, becoming the past in a blink. Gu Liming contemplates the past, present, and imagined future through a broader, timeless consciousness. As a scholar-artist, he adopts a cultural-archaeological approach to develop his own critical inquiries and conceptual frameworks. Within these frameworks, the secrets of his innermost being leap and transform, laid bare through the tactile unity of mind and hand in painting.

Specifically, he employs tactile textures and metaphors in composition, materiality, imagery, and brushwork to situate his momentary states of mind within the immeasurable vastness of time and space. The intricate relationship between the "self" and history or tradition manifests subtly yet vividly—marked by both continuity and rupture, reflecting the fusion and clash of cultures, as well as his own cultural identity. Each visually captivating work becomes a specimen of the soul’s condition. Points, lines, planes, colors, space, and materials await encounters with open, sensitive perception—resonating through the eyes and heart, harmonizing frequencies. In such moments, countless "I"s converge into a collective "we," bound by shared fate under the gaze of destiny.

Traditional Chinese landscape painting served as a spiritual totem for ancient literati in the agrarian era. By constructing idealized terrains and channeling ink, they expressed gratitude to heaven and earth, sought communion with the ineffable cosmos, and revealed their inner worlds. Drawing on this legacy, Gu Liming’s Shanshui Fu embarks on rational yet unrestrained experimentation—a passionate interplay of calculated structure and spontaneous gesture. It simultaneously probes new possibilities and confronts the chaos and disorientation of contemporary existence.

In an age of technological acceleration and burgeoning artificial intelligence, such bold experimentation and visceral mark-making align more deeply with humanity, preserving dignity in the face of automation. Juxtaposed against the primal universe crafted by the Creator and the human-engineered "Metaverse" of the internet, Shanshui Fu embodies the ambivalent, ineffable psyche of modern individuals. Only through its vivid, concrete imagery can it release the tangled, irresolvable emotions of our time, echoing across the expanse of eternity.

顾黎明

1963生于山东潍坊，曾任教于中国美术学院，获中国美术学院博士学位。现为清华大学美术学院教授、博士生导师，中国美术家协会油画艺术委员会委员，中国油画学会理事，中国国家画院研究员。

获奖：

“中国油画双年展”学术奖（1993），“第八届全国美展”奖（1994）; “研究与超越—中国小油画大展”艺术奖（2001），“凤凰艺术年展”凤凰艺术奖·最佳抽象表现绘画艺术奖（2017）， “维也纳国际艺术勋章——杰出艺术家勋章”（2020）。

杜曦云
