张跃华，当代著名书画艺术家。号:华翁（曾号：梦春堂主人、梦春堂老翁、梦翁）。国际和平艺术家、中国东方文化研究会高级顾问、全国书画艺术委员会顾问、中国通俗文艺研究会理事、人民日报袭古创今书画院名誉院长、中央机关紫光阁画院院士、国家文旅部中青城投（北京）书画集团院院长、中国慈善书画院院士、北京胡润国际艺术品鉴定中心副主席、国家高级美术师、清华大学美术学院客座教授、中国国家国宾礼艺术家、中国非遗文化传承代言人、《中国美术通史》艺术顾问等。

张跃华1960年生于山西，先后毕业于山西文学院美术系中国画专业及中央美术学院中国画系。受教于黄胄、吴冠中、黄润华、卢沉、朱乃正等几十位名家大师。师古不泥古，其艺术造诣之深，以其独具的艺术慧眼和胆略将中国书画的色彩和意境推向了一个崭新的境界，创造了色彩艳丽、金碧辉煌、气势磅礴、艳而不俗、娇而不媚、具皇家气派和浪漫主义色彩的独特画风。在中国书画的色彩应用和精神意境上创造了卓越优秀的中国华翁艺术新典范。

在15年10月华翁·张跃华艺术研讨会上，北大、清华、央美、中国艺术研究院、中国美术馆等中国美术界的专家学者一致认为：张跃华是自明清以来把中国画颜色用得最为鲜活、鲜亮、鲜艳的画家。张跃华的画是大写意彩墨艺术的最高境界。华翁将人类的伟大思想和灵魂高度体现其书画艺术作品的形式气象之中，是近现代艺坛最难得的伟大创举，对中国未来的艺术发展必将产生巨大的影响和推动力。

张跃华擅山水画、荷花、书法，提出并践行“笔墨当超时代”和“绘画艺术引领人类社会文明进步”的绘画新理念。原中国收藏家协会会长闫振堂先生07年就撰文“绘画新颖超俗，艺术独特醉人”对其高度评价。中国美术史论泰斗邵大箴先生高度认同张跃华在书画作品从传统走向现代的创新中所做的探索，并由衷赞扬其取得的卓越成就。他的艺术博得了社会各界的喜爱和追捧，其画作被法国前总统萨科奇（2010年2月28日《江天走红运》）及国内外多位名家、名流、巨贾收藏，被誉为“市场上的明星，学术上的黑马”。

张跃华在当代国画家价格指数排名最高至第二位，2016年被列为当代价格指数排名前十位的画家和增值最快的前十名画家及当代最具收藏价值和学术价值的画家。曾荣获“中国改革开放四十周年文化艺术贡献奖”、“新时代文艺大师”、2025年获“胡润全球艺术金笔奖”、“福布斯全球文化盛典金奖人物“、“中国文化探索前沿人物”、“艺术界永恒的巨星张跃华”等荣誉称号。2025更年荣鹰全球“艺术界的诺贝尔国际文化奖”至高荣誉，是中国艺术家在艺术领域的历史性突破。

张跃华的书画艺术经六十年的研究探索发展，已在中国画史上形成她独有艺术流派一一华翁画派。

Zhang Yuehua was born in Shanxi in 1960 and graduated from the Chinese Painting major of the Fine Arts Department of Shanxi University of Literature and the Chinese Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Learned from dozens of renowned masters such as Huang Zhou, Wu Guanzhong, Huang Runhua, Lu Chen, and Zhu Naizheng. Learning from the past is not like sticking to the past. With his profound artistic attainments, he has pushed the color and artistic conception of Chinese calligraphy and painting to a new realm with his unique artistic vision and courage, creating a unique painting style that is colorful, magnificent, majestic, elegant yet sophisticated, delicate yet not seductive, with royal style and romantic colors. Created an outstanding new model of Chinese Huaweng art in the application of color and spiritual imagery in Chinese calligraphy and painting.

At the Huaweng Zhang Yuehua Art Symposium in October 2015, experts and scholars from the Chinese art world, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Central Academy of Fine Arts, China Academy of Art, and National Art Museum of China, unanimously agreed that Zhang Yuehua was the painter who used Chinese painting colors most vividly, brightly, and brightly since the Ming and Qing dynasties. Zhang Yuehua's paintings are the highest level of freehand ink art. Zhang Yuehua ranks highest to second in the contemporary Chinese painter price index.
