电流的暗语：当艺术与能源的焦虑交汇

那些被时代淘汰的网线、电源线，在角落堆积如山，它们的物理特性——僵硬的弧度、交错的纹理、工业化的色彩——激发了范钟鸣老师最直接的创作冲动。试图在这些被遗弃的通讯载体上，重新建立某种视觉秩序。The network cables and power cables eliminated  by the times pile up like mountains in corners. Their physical characteristics—stiff arcs, intertwined textures, and industrial colors—have inspired Teacher Fan Zhongming's most direct creative impulse. He attempts to re-establish a certain visual order on these abandoned communication carriers.

然而当作品漂洋过海，来到日本福井县若狭地区展出时，它们的语义发生了奇妙的偏移。这个倚靠着日本海的小镇，是关西地区重要的电力中枢，十余座核电站如沉默的巨人般矗立在海岸线上。2011年福岛核事故后，这些设施陷入了漫长的休眠，而关于重启与否的争论，在当地形成了难以弥合的社会裂痕。  电线——这个现代社会最基础的神经脉络，在此刻突然获得了双重隐喻。它们既是能量传输的物理载体，又暗喻着当代社会脆弱而矛盾的能源依赖。那些在工作室里看似纯粹的形式探索，在这个特定的地理语境中，意外地触碰到了更深层的时代焦虑。However, when the works crossed the ocean and were exhibited in the Wakasa region of Fukui Prefecture, Japan, their semantics underwent a wonderful  shift. This small town leaning against the Sea of Japan is an important power hub in the Kansai region, where more than ten nuclear power plants stand like silent giants along the coastline. After the 2011 Fukushima nuclear accident, these facilities fell into a long slumber, and the debate over whether to restart them has formed an irreparable social rift locally.  Electric wires—the most basic neural network of modern society—suddenly acquired a dual metaphor here. They are both the physical carriers of energy transmission and a metaphor for the fragile and contradictory energy dependence of contemporary society. Those seemingly pure formal explorations in the studio unexpectedly touched on deeper contemporary anxieties within this specific geographical context.

原本纯粹的形式探索，因现实的映照而获得了新的重量。电线不再只是材料，而成为能源时代的某种象征：连接与断裂、流动与控制、可见的秩序与暗藏的危机。艺术未必需要刻意“表达”什么，但当作品与它所处的世界产生共振时，某种更深刻的对话便自然浮现。  或许，这就是创作的微妙之处——我们以为自己在塑造材料，而最终，是语境重塑了作品的意义。The originally pure formal exploration gains new weight through the reflection of reality. Wires are no longer mere materials, but have become symbols of the energy era: connection and disconnection, flow and control, visible order and hidden crises. Art does not necessarily need to deliberately "express" anything, but when a work resonates with the world it inhabits, a deeper dialogue naturally emerges.  Perhaps this is the subtlety of creation—we think we are shaping materials, but in the end, it is the context that reshapes the work's meaning.
