“和鸣纳福”系列的缘起，在于葫芦与雄鸡这两种意象在心中的交织与沉淀。葫芦以其音寓“福禄”，承载着包容与圆融的古老智慧；雄鸡则以其声与形代言“吉祥”，每一羽翎都仿佛蕴着破晓的微光。我尝试在画布上，使二者不单是图式的并置，更成为“福”与“吉”在视觉与意境中的自然应和。

因此，我选择以近乎写生的笔意来捕捉。葫芦在晨昏间低垂、转侧，藤蔓随生长而蜿蜒；雄鸡则通过羽翼的舒展、姿态的顾盼，为画面凝驻一份生动的韵律。我希望传递的并非符号的吉兆，而是一种可感的温度， 一种自画面深处悄然弥漫的生机。

在色彩的铺陈中，我以暖色为基调，融入青绿，借细腻的光影过渡层次。不追求吉庆的浓艳，而更向往一份温润、隽永的雅致。构图上， 无论竖幅的端正或方幅的凝练，皆有意在饱满中留有从容的余裕，令作品既能融入当代生活空间，亦保有可供静观、回味的绘画意味。

这组创作，始终围绕着对“吉祥”的深层理解。真正的福气， 或许不在于遥远的祈求，而栖居于与自然共生、与日常相亲的平和状态之中。愿这份透过笔触与色彩织就的感知，能沉静地流淌至观者的眼前与心底。

Harmony and Blessing

​The Harmony and Blessing series originates from the interweaving and sedimentation of two symbols in my mind: the gourd and the rooster. The gourd, with its phonetic association with "fortune and prosperity", carries ancient wisdom of containment and harmony; the rooster, through its crow and form, represents "auspiciousness", each feather seeming to hold the first light of dawn. On canvas, I have tried not merely to juxtapose these two motifs, but to allow them to become a natural visual and lyrical resonance—an echo between "fortune" and "blessing".

Thus, I chose to capture them with a brushwork close to sketching from life. The gourds hang low, turning gently between dawn and dusk, their vines winding with growth; the roosters, through the spread of their wings and the turn of their gaze, bring a vivid rhythm to the composition. What I hope to convey is not merely symbolic auspiciousness, but a tangible warmth, a vitality that quietly emanates from within the painting.

In laying out the colors, I use warm tones as the foundation, blending in blues and greens, and building layers through subtle gradations of light and shadow. Rather than seeking festive brilliance, I aspire to a gentle, lasting elegance. In terms of composition, whether in the upright dignity of vertical formats or the condensed focus of square ones, each work retains ample breathing space within its fullness. This allows the pieces to integrate into contemporary living spaces while preserving a painterly quality worthy of quiet contemplation and reflection.

This series continually revolves around a deeper understanding of "auspiciousness". True blessing may not lie in distant prayers, but dwells within a state of peace—of coexisting with nature and embracing the everyday. May this perception, woven through brushstroke and color, flow quietly into the viewer's sight and heart.
