这组创作于 2012 年的作品，是我在荷塘系列中一次特别的尝试——我选择为这两幅画面铺陈了深邃的黑色背景。这抹黑色，并非缺席，而是一种纯粹的视觉基底，它凝聚光、凸显形，也为画面定下静观与内省的基调。

画中的荷花延续了我那一时期的艺术语言：它们亭亭而立，瓣叶舒展，犹如在深色背景中独自成冕。洁白的形态在墨色映衬下，超越自然物的属性，成为一种精神的象征、一种静谧中自足的存在。

在视觉构建上，我借鉴了摄影中聚焦主体的方式，让花与叶从暗色中清晰地浮现，如舞台上的凝神片段。而那些勾勒水草的疏朗线条，则以松动的笔意轻轻勾勒，为画面带来一缕生动的韵律与节奏。

这组作品关乎“在深暗中看见光”，也关乎“在沉静中与自己相遇”。黑色在此成为一面映照内心的界面，滤去纷杂，让生命的清澈与完整自然浮现。它传递的是一种向内凝视的力量，一种经过沉淀之后愈发鲜明的精神亮度。

作为我探索历程中的一站，这组作品以极简的色彩与形式，承载着深厚的视觉张力与心灵能量。它不渲染暗，而托举光；不强调孤寂，而呈现从容。愿观者在此停留时，能感受到那份从画面深处悄然升起的、安宁而笃定的辉光。

Lotus Light in Ink Pond

This series, created in 2012, represents a special experiment within my lotus pond series—I chose

to lay a deep black background for these two paintings. This black is not an absence, but a pure visual foundation—it gathers light, accentuates form, and sets a tone of contemplation and introspection for the images.

The lotuses in these paintings continue the artistic language of that period in my work: they

stand tall and graceful, with petals and leaves unfolding like crowns unto themselves against the dark backdrop. Their pure white forms, set against the ink—like darkness, transcend the attributes of mere natural objects, becoming symbols of spirit, self—sufficient presences in stillness.

In terms of visual construction, I drew inspiration from the way photography focuses on a subject,

allowing the flowers and leaves to emerge clearly from the darkness, like concentrated moments on a stage. The sparse lines sketching aquatic plants are lightly rendered with relaxed brushwork, bringing a lively rhythm and cadence to the composition.

This series is about "seeing light within deep darkness" and "encountering oneself in silence".

Here, black becomes an interface reflecting the inner self-filtering out noise, allowing the clarity and wholeness of life to emerge naturally. It conveys a power of inward gaze, a spiritual brightness that grows more distinct through stillness.

As a station in my journey of exploration, this series carries profound visual tension and soulful

energy through minimalist color and form. It does not dwell on darkness, but uplifts light; it does not emphasize solitude, but presents composure. May viewers, pausing here, sense that serene and steadfast radiance rising quietly from the depths of the image.
