万物皆能量，万物皆信息。

在这个AI飞速迭代进化的时代，作为碳基生物的我们不禁思考，生命何为？我们从哪里来？我们又要到哪里去？也许我们真的需要开始内省，向内寻找生命的意义和真谛。

生命是什么？宇宙是什么？生命和宇宙的边界在哪里？世界是否只是能量组成的不断熵增的系统？能量作为世界运转的基础，信息作为世界构成和传导的介质，它们的交融结合，形成了世间万物。万事万物无时无刻不在互相交换着能量和信息，而意识，就是能量和信息不断重组编码的产物。

意识是宇宙的基础力场，大千世界是宇宙意识潮汐的起伏涨落形成的一个个结界。而生命，就是意识在这一个个结界里的显化和投影。

在道家看来，个体的意识与他人相连，个体的无意识与宇宙链接。生命的初醒，就是宇宙意识在每一个生命体内投下的一颗原初的种子重新摇曳发芽。

作为一个修行者，一个艺术家，曹雅薇就一直在思考和探索意识与生命与世界的内在关系，并在这种思考和概念的驱动下，通过艺术的创作，去构建自己的洞天、神话。而紫色星球，就是她所创造的生命宇宙: 它是由自由流淌的水墨所组成的光，是那些由矿石晶体和3 D打印制作的雕塑所组成的不知名的异构的生命体，是各类生命体和谐自由生长的琉璃之境，它们代表了艺术家对于宇宙洪荒时代生命初醒时自由竟放的想象与向往。

艺术家曹雅薇跨界而来，她的纯正理工科背景在当下的时代反而能够助力她成为一个当代艺术领域里独树一帜的创造者和弄潮儿，使得她可以从容游走于艺术与科技的交叉前沿。通过对光、石、水、木、草，墨、金属等不同媒介和材料的转化与并置，以及对自然界各种生命形式的转译和重组，把艺术家对于生命意识的体悟呈现出来，让能量和意识的共振显化、结晶、生长、蔓延。

曹雅薇做《星座系列》，贵金属和晶石所凝结成的星星在蓝紫色的太空里缓缓旋转，熠熠生辉；她做《星源》、《见山》、《太素》等系列，把木之精华，石之精华，能量的曲线，糅合在一起，塑造成为新的万物。万物负阴而抱阳，而艺术家从内接收东方古老的生命智慧和宇宙观，在自我觉知的苏醒里去探索生命的新的形态，并将其转化为她的艺术创作。向外则拥抱最新的人类科技，在数据的云端，在人类认知的边界，去想象和构建新的生命所可能拥有的最绚烂的形式。

于是她的作品可以极致的繁复，繁复得就像巴洛克一样的瑰丽荼蘼；也可以极致的抽象，抽象得犹如北极光一样清冷高远，抽象和繁复是她艺术创作的阴阳两极。她的作品也在不断的进化、生长。艺术家通过这种方式，创造出了一个属于自己的乐土，一个生命神话，一个可以与宇宙意识链接的能量场。

Awakening

All things are energy, all things are information.

In this era of rapid AI iteration and evolution, as carbon-based beings, we cannot help but ponder: What is life? Where do we come from? Where are we going? Perhaps we truly need to begin introspection, to look inward for the meaning and essence of life.

What is life? What is the universe? Where are the boundaries between life and the universe? Is the world merely a system composed of energy, constantly increasing in entropy? Energy serves as the foundation of the world's operation, and information as the medium for the world's composition and transmission; their fusion forms all things in existence. All things constantly exchange energy and information, and consciousness is the product of energy and information continually reorganizing and encoding.

Consciousness is the fundamental force field of the universe. The vast world is formed by the rise and fall of the tides of universal consciousness, creating boundaries. Life is the manifestation and projection of consciousness within these boundaries.

From a Taoist perspective, an individual's consciousness is connected to others, and an individual's unconsciousness is linked with the universe. The initial awakening of life is the universal consciousness sowing a primordial seed within each living being, which begins to sway and germinate anew.

As a practitioner and an artist, Yawei CAO has constantly pondered and explored the intrinsic relationships among consciousness, life, and the world. Driven by these thoughts and concepts, she constructs her own paradises and myths through artistic creation. The Purple Planet is the life universe she has created: it is composed of light formed by freely flowing ink, unknown heterogeneous life forms made from sculptures of mineral crystals and 3D printing, and a glassy realm where various life forms grow harmoniously and freely.

Artist Yawei CAO transitioned from a science and engineering background into a contemporary art creator. Through her creations, through transforming and recombining different media and materials such as light, stone, wood, grass, and ink, and through the free growth of consciousness, she presents her insights into life consciousness, allowing the resonance of energy to manifest, crystallize, grow, and spread.

Yawei CAO created the "Constellation Series," where stars formed from gold and crystals slowly rotate and shine brilliantly in a blue-purple cosmos. She also created the series "Nucleus," "Mountain Within," "Nebula," blending the essence of wood, the essence of stone, and the curves of energy to sculpt new forms of all things. All things contain Yin yet embrace Yang, and the artist internally receives ancient Eastern wisdom about life and the universe, exploring new forms of life through self-awareness and transforming them into her art.

Externally, she embraces the latest human technologies, imagining and constructing the most brilliant forms that new life could possess within the ocean of data and at the edge of human cognition. As a result, her works can be exquisitely complex, as brilliantly magnificent as Baroque splendor; they can also be extremely abstract, as cold and lofty as the Northern Lights. Abstraction and complexity are the yin and yang poles of her artistic creation. Her works continuously evolve and grow. In this way, the artist creates her own Eden, a life myth, and an energy field that can connect with universal consciousness.
