Glimmer of Dawn

熹者，破晓初萌之光，起于渊寂，生于静穆。这份熹光，既是山海黎明的自然景象，亦是自心底漫溢而出的精神光亮。于墨色渊寂之中，体察生命的力量，在虚实开合之间，完成人与天地的相望相融。

Xi(熹) is the first light to break at dawn—rising from deep stillness, born of quiet solemnity. This glimmer of dawn is at once the natural vision of daybreak over mountains and seas, and the spiritual radiance that wells up from within the heart. In the deep quietude of ink, we perceive the force of life; in the interplay of void and form, humanity and the cosmos come to behold and merge with one another.

About the Artist

娄正纲

1966 年生于中国黑龙江省，祖籍江苏省，书画家。主要作品《自然》系列、《日月》系列、《和合》系列、《生命与爱》系列、《中国的世界自然遗产》系列。出版著作有：2019《生命与爱》、2016《中国当代名家画集——娄正纲》、2013《日月·娄正纲作品》、2012《心语》、2010《日月之心》、2010《箴言》、2008《想要留下的话》、2008《心之书<论语>》(日文版）、2006《心之绊》(日文版）、2001《心》（日文版）。

主要展览有:

1978 书法作品参加“黑龙江省首届书画篆刻展”。1980 参加“首届全国少年儿童书法展览会”，获一等奖。1981 加拿大渥太华举办“小书法家娄正纲作品展”。1987 日本东京八重洲画廊举办“娄正纲作品展”。1989 东京举办“娄正纲作品展”，日本东京电视台主办，中国驻日本大使馆、日本经济新闻社协办；横滨举办“SOGO 五周年庆典纪念——娄正纲作品展”。1990–1992 日本 SOGO 集团于横滨、大阪、神户、广岛、奈良、千叶、柏等七地举办“娄正纲作品展”；雅马哈集团于东京、大阪、神户、福冈、广岛、浜松等六地举办“东方旋律——娄正纲书画展”。1993 美国纽约联合国总部举办“娄正纲作品展”，联合国儿童基金会及中国驻联合国代表团主办；东京日本桥三越本店特选画廊举办“娄正纲书画展”。1996 美国纽约举办“娄正纲新作展”。1997 参加北京“世界华人杰出妇女成就展览会”。1999 在中国政府与联合国教科文组织联合举办的“99 巴黎·中国文化周”展出 8 幅水墨意象作品。2000 东京举办“生命与爱——娄正纲作品展”，日本富士电视台主办，中国驻日本大使馆及日本经济新闻社协办。2001 东京银座画廊举办“娄正纲书画作品展”。2002 东京高岛屋与大阪高岛屋举办“纪念中日邦交正常化 30 周年——娄正纲作品巡展”，日本产经新闻社主办。2003 东京草月会馆举办“心——娄正纲作品展”，娄正纲作品展实行委员会、朝日新闻社、朝日电视台主办，草月会、中国驻日本大使馆后援。2005 东京新宿公园大厦举办“心之绊：七夕——娄正纲大型装置艺术作品展”。2006 东京新宿高岛屋画廊举办“心之语——娄正纲书法展”，以大型立体书法及在和服、道具等实物上的书写探索新的表现方式；东京帝国饭店举办慈善展“以心传心——娄正纲作品展”。2007 东京上野之森美术馆举办“娄正纲的世界——心与今日感言书法作品展”。2008 北京今日美术馆举办“娄正纲与帝舵表‘慧聚时光’书画巨献作品展”，瑞士劳力士集团主办；香港中环广场举办“心之道——娄正纲书法作品展”，由香港公益金 40 周年庆典筹款活动组委会及香港信和集团主办。2010 东京王子酒店展出 9 幅当代组画《日月同辉》。2012 北京今日美术馆举办“悦遊——娄正纲作品展”；“中国·新疆首届双年展”展出大型装置作品《盱石》。2014 参加澳大利亚悉尼澳中文化周开幕展“静置·中国当代艺术”展。2015 东京中日春风会展出“万象”系列屏风；香港四季酒店展出“万象”系列屏风。2016 “绘画的力量”娄正纲、北野武、道格·韦伯日本巡回展，盛冈市市民文化展示厅，盛冈（日本）；9 月，第二站仙台市，东北福祉大学艺术品展览馆，仙台（日本）；12 月，“万象：自然与和谐”娄正纲作品展，阿曼皇家歌剧院，马斯喀特（阿曼）。2017 “绘画的力量”（Power of Art）群展——娄正纲、北野武、道格·韦伯，兵库县立美术馆，神户市（日本）。2018 “未梦 MIMU 2018”个展，GINZA SIX（银座六丁目），东京（日本）。2019 “Ever-Evolving Worldwide — Japanese Artists Right Now 3”（当代日本艺术家现在进行时 3）群展，轻井泽新艺术博物馆（Karuizawa New Art Museum），日本。2020 娄正纲手绘珐琅《日月》系列水晶版画世界巡回展第二站在瑞士苏黎世莱丽（Lalique）总店举办；2 月 5 日，第三站在英国伦敦莱丽总店举办。“当代巨匠·娄正纲的世界”个展，白石画廊东京银座本馆，东京（日本）。2023 参加群展“抽象艺术：从塞尚、野兽派、立体主义到今天”（ABSTRACTION），东京 Artizon 美术馆（石桥财团），日本。2025 “娄正纲：自然（Shizen）”，阿尔敏·莱希画廊（Almine Rech），伦敦（英国）；“娄正纲于药师寺——游山玩水”，药师寺东院堂（世界遗产），日本；“娄正纲——AWATA COLLECTION”，三井住友银行总行大厦，日本。
