第一个获得中国LEED商业综合体铂金级认证的侨福芳草地,在建筑设计的最开始便是朝向绿能环保的方向进行,采用最省耗低碳的软硬件和材料,构筑了这个智能环保建筑。
As the first in Asia to receive LEED Platinum certification for complex projects, Parkview Green was built with materials and softwares with low carbon emission in its sustainableand intelligent structure.

而在运行了数年之后,再获得亚太首个LEED铂金级动态奖牌,肯定芳草地不仅在建筑设计结构与材料的环保考量,在实际的日常运维上仍然保持优秀的环保表现。今天,我们就带大家来个线上导览,一站站地来看看,这些看得到与看不到的设计,是如何在大楼每日运行中,一点一滴地实现低碳省耗。
Within a few years, Parkview Green moves on to receive Asia’s first LEED® Platinum Dynamic Plaque™, indicating it does not stop at just utilizing eco-friendly structures and materials but works to maintain outstanding environmentally conscious performances in its daily operation. Today, we would like to take you to a closer look at the details hidden with Parkview Green’s designs and observe how these buildings lower its carbon emission from small steps at a time.
第一站 环保罩大大省耗
Stop 1: Environmental Shield

作为商场、写字楼、酒店的综合商业体,在冬冷夏热的北京,维持适宜温度可能产生大量耗能,也是侨福芳草地建筑设计时花费大量心血的地方。
As a complex project that includes a shopping mall, office buildings, and a hotel, a traditional structure in Beijing’s weather climate is for sure to release heavy carbon dioxide.

芳草地的顶部的EFTE膜中间夹层充有空气,与四周玻璃幕墙,皆利用了“空气”这个介质起到很好的保温作用。
That is why the developer paid special attention to its design, enclosing the structure with an external roofing envelop comprising of Texlon® ETFE, glass and steel structure façades along with glass walls, utilising “air” as the median to manage the internal micro-climate.

这个环保罩将芳草地建筑包围形成一个微气候环境,将寒冷空气和酷暑温度进行了一个基本的缓冲。
The transparent shield forms a micro system to ensure the climate is relatively uniform.

顶部与侧边都有气窗开口,配合建筑周围4个微型气象站,每1-2小时监控温度与空气质量,适时开关调节,排出热风。
The ample ventilation on the roof and the surrounding area, monitored by 4 micro- monitoring stations to record and manage temperature every 1-2 hours.

全年的温度都采取智能自动化节电控制系统,实时计算出最省耗的方式,供管理人员操作混合室外空气通风、开关窗、启动循环系统等等方式,综合调节温度。
Well-designed ventilation system releases hot air. Throughout the year, temperature is controlled by anintelligent monitoring system that calculates the most efficient ways to balance the flow of air, ensure the complex is in the ideal temperature.
第二站 冷水吊顶减少制冷
Stop 2: Chilled Radiated Cellings

夏季的炎热问题,建筑风道也设计有预冷系统,新鲜空气进入风道时被提前预冷再进入新风处理组,减少了冷负荷。同时,芳草地的建筑以冷吊顶配合地板送风系统节省了大量耗能。
During the hot Beijing summer time, Parkview Green saves energy by placing chilled radiated ceillings to act as chimneys so the warmest air escapes to create an upward air flow. When fresh air enters the underground circulation system, it is pre-cooled before entering the new system so it becomes more efficient.

建筑内每层楼面的天花板在夏天里循环着摄氏17-19度的冷水,经由密布的尼龙材质毛细水管带走空间中的热量。搭配地板送风机使空气降温,而避免使用耗能的冷却机。
On the ceiling of each floor, there is a circulation of cool water in 17-19℃. Small pipes in closely knitted nylon eliminate the heat throughout the process and bring the water to underground for further cooling. The underfloor plenum cooling mechanism lower the temperature and save up cooling load for the cooling systems.

冬季采用市政供暖配合循环水使空间中的温度适宜。
During the winter, thecomplex utilises recycled water to control and create the ideal temperature.
第三站 照明省耗
Stop 3: Lighting System

除了环保罩与玻璃的设计透光,大量减少了因照明所需要的耗能,建筑内尤其是写字楼都采用了低耗能LED灯管搭配高效反光罩,减少亮源需要的消耗。
The transparent protective shield and the glass facets effective save up energy for lighting. Apart from that, the entire complex utilises LED lights for further efficiency.

第四站 水的循环利用
Stop 4: Water Reuse System

写字楼和酒店的废水、空调系统的冷凝水、冷却塔的排放水,都被回收利用。经过处理用于灌溉、冲洗和冲厕使用。建筑主结构与EFTE膜都设计有蓄水道和集水系统,将雨水集中于下沉广场循环利用。
Water used in the office buildings and hotel, the cooling water in the ventilation system and the cooling towers are all reused for irrigation, washing and toilet use. There are also water reservoirs built inside the EFTE system to accumulate rainwater for reuse.
第五站 厕所也有机密
Details Hidden in Restrooms

芳草地所有卫生间的马桶都采用低冲量节水设计,减少水资源浪费。而男厕所的小便池全部都采用生物菌分解异味脏污的方式来代替冲水。
All the restrooms at Parkview Green are designed to save water consumption. Gentlemen’s urinary systems are incorporated with biological systems to eliminate dirt and micro organisms to replace water systems.
第六站 回收资源
Stop 6: Recycling

在芳草地每日将产生的垃圾分为几类,尽量回收其中可再生利用的物料,回收率达60%。不可回收的垃圾也经过统一分类后处理。在大楼的环境管理部设有三个专门的有毒有害回收桶,分别回收电池、灯管、电器配件等有毒有害的物品,特殊处理此类不可按一般弃置方式处理的物资。
At Parkview Green, we classify our waste materials and recycle our reusable materials with recycle rate up to 60%. Items not recyclable are also handled systematically. There are three areas to recycle toxic materials, including batteries, light bulbs, electronic accessories and other objects that can not be handled through traditional waste management systems.
