美术馆，如同缪斯古老而曼妙的神殿，从诞生之初就滙集展示着人类的智慧与美。

　　从私人美术馆到国家美术馆到民营美术馆，从沙龙到白盒子再到无墙概念，与传统意义上博物馆范畴的美术馆相比，民营美术馆的发展力求打破传统美术馆纪念碑般的神圣模式。伴随着民营美术馆全球化运营课题的深入研究，如何建立现当代民营美术馆制度伦理、如何打破民营美术馆与传统美术馆的定位壁垒、如何权衡展览与学术研究之间的交融、如何完善美术馆教育活动与社会发展之间的连接，都是值得探讨的问题。

　　以中国为例，据统计目前中国的民营美术馆近140家，并且每年都以10家的速度在增长，因此第三届民营美术馆论坛《中国民营美术馆的制度建设与专业创新》议题的开展，即提供发展的历史性反思，又作用于民营美术馆在未来生存发展意义上的战略指导及建设性作用。

　　第三届“中国民营美术馆发展论坛”在银川当代美术馆举办，本届论坛将围绕“中国民营美术馆的制度建设与专业创新”展开讨论。论坛报到时间为2015年9月19日，会议时间为2015年9月20日-21日。

　　Katja Weitering出生于1975年，1999年在马斯特里赫特大学研究艺术理论与文化实践，获得文学硕士学位，2003年获得荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学美术史学士学位，1998年获得英国伦敦城市学院的美术批评硕士学位。她经常在一些国际会展目录中发表文章，比如在哥本哈根Statens博物馆和Asger Jorn等最近的一些刊物。同时她也是Mondriaan基金展览研究委员会的主席，荷兰Art Table的会员。

　　Drs K. (Katja) Weitering (1975), studied Art Theory and Cultural Practices at the University of Maastricht (MA, 1999) andArt History at the University of Amsterdam (BA, 2003), the Netherlands. She holds a Master Degree in Fine Arts and ArtCriticism from the City University of London, Great Britain (1998). She regularly publishes in international catalogues, including a recent article for the Statens Museum in Copenhagen, Denmark, on the occasion of the national retrospective of Asger Jorn.

　　She is also a board member of Art Table the Netherlands, a network for women with leadership positions in the art and culture sector.

　　He has been worked as the Curator and Director’s Assistant at the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, Germany. And also the Founder of Garten-Landschaft Ostwestfalen-Lippe, an annual art in the open project in eastern Northrhine-Westfalia, Germany on 1997 - 2010.

　　Now, he is the Deputy Director of Berenberg Art Consult at Berenberg, Hamburg.

　　Drs Pi Li studied Art Theory at China Central Academy of Fine Arts and was invited to be a teacher in the institute of humanities for 12 years. He served as a senior curator for the Municipal Museum of Hong kong in 2012. As a art critic, curator and educator, he has been affiliated with the development of Chinese Art in the 90’s rely on the independent and professional practice. He pushes the contemporary art of china to other places in the world, and cooperate withCentre National d'art et de Culture Georges Pompidouin France, Tate Museum in London and other organizations in Asia. The latest exhibiton patrol at Europe and Asia in 2013.

　　Jo-Anne Birnie Danzker是美国华盛顿州西雅图弗莱伊美术馆馆长，也曾担任过德国慕尼黑斯塔克别墅博物馆以及加拿大温哥华美术馆馆长。 她在很多当代展馆担任过馆长和策展人，比如马丁葛罗比乌斯博物馆和德意志古根海姆博物馆;芝加哥当代美术馆;国际摄影中心，纽约当代美术馆，所罗门·R·古根海姆博物馆以及鹿特丹当代美术馆。她也编辑过很多艺术类目录和书籍，是中国当代艺术杂志的定期撰稿人。

　　Jo-Anne Birnie Danzker is director of the Frye Art Museum in Seattle, Washington, and former director of the Museum Villa Stuck in Munich, Germany, and the Vancouver Art Gallery in Canada. She has served as exhibition director and curator of numerous exhibitions on the history of the modern in these institutions as well as at the Martin-Gropius-Bau and the Deutsche Guggenheim, Berlin; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago; the International Center of Photography, MOMA, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; and the Kunsthal Rotterdam. She has also authored and edited numerous catalogues and books on art and has been a regular contributor to YISHU: Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art.

　　龙美术馆创办人兼馆长，收藏家。王薇和先生刘益谦是中国最具实力的收藏家夫妇，从事艺术品收藏二十多年，屡获殊荣，更是首位连续两年上榜ARTnews “Top 200”的中国内地藏家。她与先生刘益谦陆续将各个历史时期重要的、具有代表性的艺术品收入囊中，并形成中国传统艺术、近现代艺术、“红色经典”艺术和现当代艺术四条主要收藏脉络。应徐汇区政府邀请，二人的另一座私立美术馆——龙美术馆(西岸馆)于2014年3月28日建成开馆。

　　The founder and director of Long Museum, also one of the Top 200 collectors in China on the Artnews Magazine, she has already working on collection for 20 more years with her husband Liu Yiqian, they have formed the Chinese Traditional Art, Modern Art, Classical Red Art and Contemporary Art with the important and typical works they collected.

　　长谷川佑子是东京当代美术馆首席策展人，东京Tama艺术学院艺术科学系教授，于2008年加入纽约古根海姆博物馆亚洲艺术委员会。她应德国卡尔斯鲁厄艺术与媒体中心邀请，将于2016年4月为新感官主义—即将来临的当代艺术衰落展览做策展人。她是2013年第11届沙迦双年艺术展的策展人，2010年第12届威尼斯建筑艺术双年展的艺术顾问，以及2010年第29届圣保罗双年艺术展的策展人。她也是2003年第50届威尼斯双年艺术展日本馆的理事，2002年第4届上海艺术双年展的策展人，以及2001年第7届伊斯坦布尔双年艺术展的艺术总监。

　　Yuko Hasegawa is Chief Curator of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo (MOT) and Professor of the Department of Art Science, Tama Art University in Tokyo. Since 2008, Yuko has been a member of the Asian Art Council at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (New York). She will be a curator for New Sensorium in Infosphere -Exit from Failture of Modernism to be held at ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe, Germany in April, 2016. She was Curator of 11th Sharjah Biennial (2013), Artistic Advisor of 12th Venice Architectural Biennale (2010), Co-Curator of 29th São Paulo Biennial (2010), Commissioner of Japanese Pavilion of 50th Venice Biennale (2003), Co-Curator of the 4th Shanghai Biennale (2002) and Artistic Director of the 7th International Istanbul Biennial (2001).

　　1954年生于台湾南投，国立台湾师范大学美术系毕业，美国费城天普大学艺术史研究所硕士。现任国立台北艺术大学专任讲师，及台北当代艺术馆执行总监，并担任帝门艺术教育基金会董事、文建会公共艺术委员、国家文化艺术基金会美术类奖助审查委员，台新银行文化艺术基金会董事等义务性职务。

　　1992年起，开始从事艺评写作，历年论述约两百余篇,并获1997年之「帝门艺术评论奖」。2008年起担任台北当代艺术馆执行总监以来，致力推动当代艺术馆的国际化连结及在地化扎根。

　　Born in 1954 in Nanto, Taiwan, J.J. Shih holds a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts from National Normal University and a Master Degree from the Graduate School of Art History, Temple University (USA). Prior to taking up the directorship of Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei, J.J. Shih was Chief Curator, Exhibitions and Deputy Researcher at Taipei Fine Arts Museum. He also serves as a Trustee of the Dimension Endowment of Art and the Contemporary Art Foundation. He is a committee member of the Public Art Program and Taipei Council of Cultural Affairs, a consultant of National Culture and Arts Foundation, and Artistic Director of Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture.

　　Since 1992, J.J.Shih has published more than two hundred art reviews, and won the 1997 DEOA Art Criticism Award.

　　In 2008, he became the director of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei, and has committed to promoting both the international and local relations for the museum.

　　Sook-Kyung Lee 是英国亚太泰特研究中心策展人，埃塞克斯大学美术史博士，曾在伦敦大学获得艺术评论硕士学位，并在香港大学，首尔大学分别获得艺术史硕士学位。

　　Dr. Sook-Kyung Lee is the Research Curator of Tate Research Centre: Asia-Pacific, she has studied in University of Essex with PhD in Art History and Theory, and have MA in Arts Criticism from City University London and in Art History and Theory from Hong-ik University and Seoul.

　　Bartomeu Marí出生于1966年，是巴塞罗那当代美术馆2008至2015年间的策展人。他是该馆展览部2004至2008年间的首席策展人，荷兰鹿特丹Witte当代艺术中心1996至2001年间的馆长，1994至1996年间他在西班牙巴伦西亚IVAM展览中心做策展人，同时也是比利时布鲁塞尔pour l’建筑展览协会1989至1995年间的策展人。2002年他和Chia chi Jason Wang共同为担任台北艺术双年展的策展人，2005年担任威尼斯艺术双年展西班牙馆的策展人，他写过很多当代艺术目录及著作。而且他也是国际博物馆委员会(ICOM)及现当代艺术收藏(CIMAM)2014至2016年间的主席。

　　Bartomeu Marí (Ibiza, 1966) is a curator who served as Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA) between 2008 and 2015. Previously he was the Chief Curator and Head of the Exhibition’s Department at MACBA (2004-2008). He served as well as Director of Witte de With Centre for Contemporary Art in Rotterdam, The Netherlands (1996-2001) and as a Curator of exhibitions at IVAM- Centre Julio González in Valencia, Spain (1994-1996) and as Curator of exhibitions at the Fondation pour l’Architecture in Brussels, Belgium (1989-1995). In 2005 he was the curator of the Spanish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale and in 2002 he co-curated the Taipei Biennale together with Chia chi Jason Wang. He is the author of numerous catalogues and monographs on contemporary art. Marí is the President of the International Committee of Museums and Collections of Modern and Contemporary Art (CIMAM) an international committee of ICOM for the period 2014-2016.

　　1951年出生于台湾。1971赴比利时就读布鲁塞尔皇家艺术学院，1973年移民美国，从加州州立大学获得艺术学士与硕士，主攻绘画。1970年代中期开始为台湾的艺术杂志、报纸撰写艺术评述文章，是中国当代艺术圈内以中文书写最早的女性艺评家及策展人。她于2006年提出的21世纪动漫新美学论述，如今已经影响国际当代艺坛，带动一股新风潮，目前是中国当代艺术界的一位领先人物。

　　VICTORIA LU was born into in Taiwan. She attended Academie Royale des Beaux-Arts in Brussels and then emigrated to the U.S. in the early 1970s. She received her BA and MA degrees from California State University and majored in painting. She began writing art criticism in the mid-1970s for a number of Taiwanese newspapers and magazines. She is the first female art critic and curator in the Chinese contemporary art world. She is now one of the leading figures in the Chinese contemporary art world. And her new mission is to promote Asian new movies and television programs and support young talents in the field.
