Representation of the Spectacle Viewing Angle 2017年，洪凌的12米巨作《四季》由法国建筑师保罗·安德烈Paul Andreu设计的北京国家大剧院的永久收藏。从「景」的视角突破传统观念，他所描绘的景观总是带有自然或物体的残馀。泼墨的油彩，伴随著不同大小、步调、重量，展开线条笔触，将传统东方笔法和笔墨质感的美学表现贯通ㄧ气。洪凌在1997年和2011年在威尼斯双年展上展出。2016年至2018年，洪凌先后在伦敦亚非学院美术馆和爱尔兰切斯特·比提博物馆，以及巴斯东亚艺术博物馆展出。In 2017, Hong Ling's large-scale work Four Seasons was honorably became the permanent collection of the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing, designed by French architect Paul Andreu. Breaking through the traditional concept from a viewing angle of “scene,” the landscape he portrayed has always carried some residue of the natural elements or objects. Splashing dots of oil colors accompanying lineal ink brush strokes of various sizes, paces, weights, or spreading styles, the aesthetics of traditional oriental brush movements and ink texture are represented with a Western abstract expressionist style. Hong Ling was exhibited at the Venice Biennale at 1997 and 2011.
