所谓情怀，我想应该是主体与客体的情感交融下所产生的感性情绪，常说万物有灵，在彭常安先生的作品中，就体现了这一点，移情于山水，把对故乡的牵挂，对往昔的怀念，寄予充满激情的笔触上，色彩灵动绝妙、大气内敛，意境优美。

　　古有范仲淹语‘先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐’。在彭常安先生的作品《我们一起努力》当中，画面朴实厚重，构图独特绝妙，即表达对故乡情怀的依恋，又传达了他对当下生存环境的忧虑，对百姓生活的担忧。我们常说一位优秀的艺术家首先要具备对生活的热爱，对社会有责任感，才能蹬高。所以说，彭常安先生的作品一方面在讲究写实的风格手法的同时，另一方面更多是内心情感的宣泄和传达，对人民生活的关注，画面大部分色彩鲜艳，以借物抒情，气息流露自然而朴实。

　　从西方印象派大师开始，就喜欢在室外现场写生，感受生活与现实，打破传统的照片式古典绘画，跑到大自然中去寻求灵感，追求光与色的变化，迷恋油画语言本身的更多可能性，笔触极具个性，色彩成为画家自身品格和语言的媒介，从而造就了几位风格独特而个性鲜明的色彩大师。从彭常安先生的《雨后新龙湖公园》、《父亲的果园》、《道孚湿地》等作品中，画面的色彩与画家的情绪的宣泄完全融为一体，似乎这些色彩和笔触的变化都是在非理性状态下才可完成的，耐人寻味。同时在他的部分作品当中，有些略显抽象，画面中流动的笔触随心而发，气韵生动，画面中的每一笔，都透露出对自然的热爱，对家乡的思念。

　　我与先生相识多年有余，生活中的他和蔼可亲，有缘与先生多次一起谈天交流，尽管他在绘画上已取得较高的成就，可他对绘画的执着和努力，一直触动着我，平日里经常与先生见面和电话往来，除了在绘画上互相畅谈，各抒己见外，生活中也长期给予我很多的帮助和支持，即教会了我学校收获不到的知识，又增添了人生不断成长所需的养分，可谓生活中不可多得的良师益友。恰恰正是先生这种欲先做好事，必先做好人的人生态度，以及对生命积极向上的三观，生成了他作品中一种潜移默化的朴实大气，极具正能量的佳作，微妙而灵动的永恒色彩，耐人寻味无穷。
