木村或板垣狰狞的脸
21593次天空对大地的撞击
21593次龙卷风
21593次大地震
21593次火烤与焦土
21593次洪水与炼狱
21593次长江、嘉陵江的垂直倒旋
21593次的陷落、倾斜、破碎、沉没
然而重庆——
复又挺立起你不屈的桅杆！
你上升——
是因为你的眼泪都会燃烧
是因为你的断壁上写着“越炸越强”
是因为你的真理缠着绷带奔走在大街上
是因为你的人民在用血肉铺筑你的甲板
是因为你愤怒的拳头就是东方的大海
是因为你的弹坑里长出母亲的花朵
是因为你连接着长城而长城蜿蜒——
因为你是中国——中国的船！
永不沉没——中国的船！
六十年了
火光竟是一段历史的全部遗产！
感谢画家，六十年了
那火焰从此永不熄灭
从此灼烤着我们的脸
它告诉我们人性与兽性 的真相
它立下证据——这就是黑红色的火光
它其实早已燃烧了多年：
比如圆明园的大火，
比如邓世昌的海战……
画家啊，今天你用画笔
把一切屈辱、痛苦、反思、记忆、倾诉
都重新审判、都融于良知与正义的
画笔的颜色吧
只是请留下心脏大小的一块
让我补上哭泣……

The fire’s storms the fire’s breath the fire’s lightning and the fire’s abyss
Countless mouths
Are exclaiming, crying, calling and whooping
Countless bodies
Are twisting, rebelling, rupturing and thrilling
Measure the suffering with the blood gushing out of the bodies
Weighing the length of tunnel with the accumulating bodies
O, Chongqing! Tonight you are slanting
The dense fog has swallowed your ships, oars and decks
You, the gigantic ship of 3000 years on Changjiang and Jialingjiang !
5 years have passed---
21593 bombs thrown down by Japanese planes
21593 falchions, press-buttons and the faces of Heitaro or Seishiro
21593 bumps of the sky against the earth
21593 cyclones
21593 serious earthquakes
21593 times of grilling of the blaze and burning of the earth
21593 floods and purgatories
21593 times of perpendicular counter-rotation
21593 times of falling, slanting, breaking and sinking
Yet, Chongqing---
You have set up your unyielding mast once again!
You are rising---
Because even your tears can be burned
Because on your broken walls there are words “the more being bombed, the more becoming strong”
Because your truth is running in the streets with bandages
Because your people are paving your deck with flesh and blood
Because your angry fists have formed the eastern sea
Because in your craters there are mother’s flowers
Because you are connected with the Great Wall while the Great Wall is wandering---
Because you are China---China’s Ship!
You will never sink---China’s Ship!

The firelight is the whole heritage of a period of history!

It will tell us the truth of our humanity and bestiality
It has written down the testimony---the black red firelight

Like the big fire of Yuanmingyuan
Like the sea battle of Deng Shichang…
O, artist, today you use your paintbrush
And judge all the humiliation, suffering, reflection, memory and confiding once again
