范扬，中国国家画院画家，中国艺术研究院博士生导师。出身于诗文书画世家的他，是当今时代的敏锐观察者，家事国事天下事，世事入绘。淮海支前、巾帼抗疫、大山大水、草木飞虫，大事小物都被他宽广的视野捕捉；澳网风采、世运赛场、奥运瞬间都在他巧妙的画笔下凝结。他悉心感受时代的变迁，在时代脉搏中体察艺术脉动，在悠悠岁月中记录滔滔生活，赋予作品以时代之魂。

Fan Yang is a painter at China National Academy of Painting and a doctoral supervisor at the Chinese National Academy of Arts. Born into a family noted for the poets, calligraphers and artists it had produced, he is a keen observer of the times. Anything that catches his eye can become the subject of one of his paintings, including nurses battling COVID-19 and spectacular scenery. He also captures sports stars and key sporting moments in his work. Sensitive to the changing times, he has painted a visual record of developments in the world around him over many years.
